Folks - Remember that things are different on the Xbox One. Instead of the old friends list there are now friends (people you follow) and Followers (people following you). My understanding is you need to friend the other person back before they start showing up in the scoreboards.

Scores are platform specific (they don't seem to be shared between XB1 and XB360.

I'm on Xbox One. My Gamertag is The Donatron. But I don't think you'll get much competition from me. While I've played the game quite a bit on my nephew's console, I've barely played on my own. I haven't even finished Mount Cloudbreak yet. lol

Finally got some time at home alone and finished the story mode (did ages ago on PS3, but have be struggling to find time to play through XB1 version). With that done, I'm now digging into the scored modes, and it's been nice to have 8-10 people to score myself against.
Some peoples scores in the battle arenas are mad - I'm going to have to up my game to beat some folk there. But I am happy to hold top place in time attack on the first level - I'm pretty proud of my < 3 min time.

Agreed. A good chunk of my play was on PS3 so I'm playing catch up on X1. Usually I play with my 3 year-old so it's nothing competitive and a lot of times we just end up fishing in Woodburrow...

The other night I couldn't sleep so I was able to put in some actual gaming time. Noticed some of the top scores on the leaderboards so it motivated me to play on Nightmare and actually put some real thought in to which path upgrade combos work the best with some of the swappers I thought would perform very well. Was able to clear a few survival arenas on Nightmare and my score jumped through the roof. Spy Rise = Serious Business.

I was going to ask which strategies people were using to get those scores.
Wave 3 isn't it here for a month, but that's one to look forward to.

Well the top scores will come from Nightmare, no doubt. Just gotta find what works out for you in terms with dealing with everything thrown at you. For me, Spy Rise was a pretty good fit. He's got a lot of great tools.

I'm on the xbox one also and have linked some of you guys already to see how I am fairing on the leaderboards.

I don't have Spy Rise as yet , I'm in the UK, so no wave 3 is out yet, I need stink bomb to. I have 11 skylanders, mainly swap ones, two favourites are Rattle Shake and Legendary Free Ranger.

What's so good about spy rise btw

Having a hell of a time beating someone's score on the time trial for the 2nd level. Their time is almost a full minute lower than mine.
Great fun, and awesome to have something to aim for!
