I natural thought ascociated with snakes is fear because lots of people are afraid of the venomnous beasts.

Just like how Fright Rider rides a skeleton which people are afraid of.

All of the above reasons, and because snakes are generally consideres evil and unholy. "But wait" You ask, "Who says snakes are evil?" Well truth be told, people from older times. Who tempted Eve to eat the apple? Satan, but disguised as a snake. What did the Pied Piper get rid off in Scotland/ Ireland? (I don't know the exact story) Snakes. Coincidentally, what does Indiana Jones fear most? Snakes. Who is the bad guy in Rango (that coincedentally resembles rattle shake)? A Snake. Snakes are generally percieved as Sneaky Evil Demons with a lisp. But When I saw Rattlr Shake, I thought he was earth.

ya, but his design also fits well into the earth. i feel that it could have either put into the earth element or given a different color scheme to fit with the undead

I dislike snakes (not afraid of the non-dangerous ones, just dislike 'em), but I like Rattle Shake.
He's Indiana Jones converted into his worst nightmare and his catchphrase is actually catchy :P what's not to like?
Also, he seems like a good character gameplay wise.

Seriously, it's a harmless question. Just ignore it if you don't think it's relevant.

His backstory doesn't mention him being undead at all,but aside from the poison thing(which Stealth Elf can use but yet she's Life),I actually think it's a nod to Rattlesnake Jake from Rango. Not only they look really similar(except for Rattle Shake being antrophomorphic and using kid-friendly weapons),but Jake is called the Grim Reaper in the film. I might be thinking about it too much,but they already had Wrecking Ball referencing another game by his name and abilities.

He also shoots skeleton jaws from his tail. And that is a great Undead move, in my opinion.

Actually you are both wrong.It was St.Patrick who got rid of the snakes in Ireland.I would know this since I am Irish.

I was thinking that his story has nothing to do with death and he doesn't really resemble anyone else in the undead element. Everyone else just looks like death. I just think he would fit in more if he in a different element. And also he is my favorite so far, so I just wanted to know if I missed if he died or something in his story. Thank you!

Ok look he is in undead because 1:he is venomous 2: he is a cow boy and cow boys come from the desert and mummies and stuff like that are from the desert and 3:do you have a better idea?
