Also, as a pet lover, I think there's just something inherently wrong about voting for a burning dog.

^ I'm very sorry, I had no clue that my character would make anyone feel bad. Fire is his power, his fur turned into fire so he isn't being burned or hurt. I didn't meant for it to be taken as a dog being burned, it's supose to be his element. I can understand how you feel though, my dog died recently and was creamated. So I apoligize if my character was taken the wrong way and I hope that I didn't hurt anyone's feelings. I feel really bad now about this, should I withdraw my character?

Not at all. The human eye perceives things in a different way and when it reaches your brain it may come to a completely different conclusion.

He pictured a burning dog, I pictured a Pokemon. I wonder why his mind jumps to a burning dog first?

if anyone is curious, I updated my character BLOAT on page one with a sketch of him. Just thought I'd share even if I'm out of the competition! Good luck to the final 3!

Against my better honor, I'll cast my vote. I looked at all the entries, and I tried to remain objective.

Furire is a good skylander, but I think it lacks the looks that make a Skylander. It's an excellent design, and a very well-thought out power set. But the sheer fact that it doesn't LOOK to me like a Skylander hurt it.

Big Top is another excellent design. He's got a very in-depth backstory and putting him in magic was a very good, move, after seeing all the Undead Skylanders that came in this competition. Like Furire, he's got a very nice power-set. But the idea of a circus bear doesn't rub me the right way. I don't know what it is, but it just doesn't seem right.

Now we come to the last one. Me. While I lack in-depth powers, what I focused on was design. I tried to make a Skylander that had never been made before, so, seeing mammals, reptiles, machines, and golems, I decided to go with an insect. I went with an Undead because I didn't want to be a cliche fire ant, and I didn't see other elements being unique enough. I made his design as unique, yet simple, just like Skylanders.

So, despite how biased I sound, I'm gonna have to vote for myself. Lich-Sect. I honestly believe it's the best of the top 3.

If I cannot vote for myself, then my vote will go to Big Top as well.

I think that this is rude what I'm doing but if it's possible, I'm going to do what The Dooms also did and vote for myself "Furire". I like my character and I spent days on it but I also like everyone else's work a lot. Everyone did such a good job even the ones who weren't in the top three. If I can't vote for myself, then I vote for Big Top! I really think that Big Top deserved a lot more votes, he's an awesome character and I love his back-story. It's very creative how parts of his tricycle are incorporated in his weapons . The Dooms, I really like your creation, Lich-Sect too, you did such a great job on him too =) Excellent job everyone and great creations !

My vote is for Furire! They did a very good job and did alot of work and made a card and pictures for attacks. I think that it was very creative and cool fire is my favorite element. Well done

I like the others but I don't feel like lichsect would be in a skylanders game. Furire seems more like a skylanders character to me. good job others and keep up the good work. Very nice job for the person that did Furire!

I love the pictures for the upgrades and the trading card. The creator definitely put a lot of time and effort into Furire's creation. Plus I love how the name sounds like "fryer." Lol Awesome touch.

An awesome job overall! I would definitely choose that 'Lander to play as!

Small rant about self-voting/strategic voting during this contest.

I'm getting the same numbers as everyone else. Regardless of judge votes and self-votes, it appears that it's:

skyotek...I think the point of self voting is to negate one another out essentially making it so they can't really even count a vote at all. Some people will be selfless and vote for others than themselves sometimes. But from a strategic standpoint...would a presidential candidate vote for his opponent? Not likely. So yeah...it's just all just a technicality at that point.

I think it was a fair contest...and I look forward to the next contest where I actually get off my lazy butt and participate.
