Setting off fireworks [CLOSED]

Are the fireworks you can set off the same ones on the place where you jump to go into the pool?

If not, where are they and when can you set them off?

In the 360 version, they're in the same place where you jump into the pool.

You'll need a fire attack/Skylander (By fire attack, I mean Spyro's flamebreath attack) to set them off, keep spamming fire on em, and you should get it!
