Kind of random, I just wanted to see if you guys can guess.

I think Skylanders 4 will be revealed on February 4th.
I think Skylanders 4 will be released on October 19th.

What do you guys think?

If (big if!) the sales for the swap force is lower than expected then expect an earlier release date for Skylanders 4 which will be closer or earlier to the Disney Infinity release date for 2014 which will be around August. I think Disney's risk is paying off with their decision to release infinity 2 months ahead of Swap Force and I'm sure Activision is going to change their business strategy for the next game 4. Will it mean an earlier release date? It is possible. The only issue with this is Activision is set to release a couple more waves for Swap Force while Disney is already done by the start of next year. This means that if Activision wants an earlier release date then future waves need to come sooner since the production of the figures for the next game requires a couple of months prior to the set release date.

Prediction: Announcement will be 21st of january
Release will be around end of september/start of october, between september 25th to October 10th

Details concerning Skylanders Kaos Unleashed (#4) have already been announced. Look at one of my previous topics that describes this:

They already know of scarletninjini's trolling, that's why that topic of his/hers was deleted, and anymore of it would be deleted as well.

Anyways, we don't know any details on Skylanders 4 until Toy Fair, like the last two games.

They shouldnt release a new game in 2014.
It should be in 2015 because the wallets need time to recover.

I come out in wave 3 and everyone will spend hundreds breaking "me" as a physical attempt to hurt me.

Simplified version: W3 will have sheep wreck island. People will buy multiples so they can break wind up. (As an act to take their anger on "me" because I am not that popular on here)

I think it'll be revealed in February or January 2014, about the time Giants and Swap Force were announced. As for the release date, probably October 2014 as it's been an October game for the past three games.
