So I went to my local ASDA today and asked when will they have Swap Force in stock because with Giants they had it a week later but also you have to go into the store and collect something if you bought it online and they told me that they would have it NOVEMBER THE 1ST!

That's a bit too late don't you think? Does anyone else have this delay?

I don't believe that for. Minute. If its out in the US, why would it be delayed here? Specially as tru has there stock ready to go, but have to wait till the release date.
Plus their web site states 5 days to go too.

Maybe it's just that particular store who isn't getting shipments or something?

That being said, BenandDaddy, don't discount the idea - I remember when Guitar Hero 3 was due for release; literally a couple of days before, they announced a three-week delay.

Well they never really get preorders in time so i think its only in that store but that means i have to go 50 miles to get to the next one and if they dont have that on release im gonna be so annoyed!

Why not order it online, or go to a store that will have it on time?

This is very true, just because they say it will be out, doesn't make it so. Fingers crossed because I have preordered from ASDA too, cheaper than anywhere else.
