Can I play Skyalanders (PC version) with a xbox controller?

I would imagine there would be an option to do so - I'm assuming you mean a 360 pad for Windows?

On the pc, you will need an xbox360 wireless receiver, they cost like 20-30 dollars depending on where you are

I HATE wireless. Is it possible the xbox controller with wire?

Playing Skylanders PC version with this sort of controller is certainly possible, seeing as I myself play using a USB-cabled SpeedLink Gamepad. I imagine if it's a wireless Xbox controller then you'd need some sort of wireless reciever.

you can just plug a wired xbox 360 controller into your computer and it'll automatically install as a game controller. thats how i play the PC version with my wired 360 controller.
