Flame Slinger Problem. [CLOSED]

Has anyone else ran into any problems with FlameSlinger and the Portal. My Flame Slinger seems to not work at all with my game.

Anyone got any solutions?

You might need to exchange it through the warranty exchange of Activision

I've never had any problems with him, although it seems that occasionally there's a miniscule delay between placing him on the portal, the showcase sequence and then arriving in the game.
