Why everyone should own a Whirlwind [CLOSED]

She kicks butt. You can shoot Rainbows at bad guys. You can fly. You can make lightning clouds. You can shoot Rainbows at Clouds and more rainbows come out. That's why. Any other reasons?

Amazon is too expnesive, running around 5o bucks per Whirlwind. Sonic Boom was 45 bucks before Christmas and Whirlwind was 200.

Tempest Dragon is REALLY nice on console versions; you don't even have to pay attention to the enemies, just fly through the area spamming stormclouds and let them kill themselves. It's kind of hilarious.

Maybe you should ask someone on the forum if they could find you a Whirlwind, Spyra? Even if you couldn't send money through Paypal, perhaps you could send them a Skylander they didn't have in trade?

You pay what you think it is worth to you. The day after or the month after you buy it, will you regret it?

I paid $50-60 for silver variants that don't do anything different in the game.

The good news is you can rest assured that it will be released in your country.

The bad news is you don't know how long it will take.

As for shipping distance, I have received items from UK and USA shipped to Australia and all worked fine.

Don't forget about her soul gem ability, which heals allies when you hit them with your rainbows (only 10HP per hit thought, but hey your getting healed by rainbows.) The Tempest Matrix ability to make electric beams connect 2 tempest clouds. Could we get back to the topic displaying why people should have Whirlwind instead of eBay prices?

Even though I don't have Skylanders yet, I have Whirlwind. I got it for Christmas, my parents found her at Target. It must have been a VERY rare occasion and before the big rush, because--heh-- I found my Christmas present stash around the 10th of December.. smilie

About $15 I believe.

Honestly, unless you live in the far reaches of Antarctica, don't buy anything from ebay or amazon if they're more than $10 or so. Whirlwind right now is only at Target, but I'm sure they'll move to other places as well.

What ebay users are doing is making a false shortage. It's a common business plan; make consumers believe that something is "uncommon" or "rare" and they'll fork over a hefty sum for it because of the demand.
