Got Skylanders on the PS3 for my son and daughter 3 weeks ago, and have been waiting to play it ever since. Seems like a really fun game for all ages. Can't wait for them to open their christmas presents so I can join in every now and then when they are playing the game. I really like the quality of the figures as well so I got all of them that is currently released, except for Drill Sergeant (which was out of stock everywhere I looked) and the more exotic Legendary and silver figures. Good work by Toys for Bob and Activision by putting so much effort into this making it such a good product. I would never have spent so much money on another franchise like Disney Cars, Pokemon or the like, but Skylanders is really something else.

I might be getting Whirlwind for Christmas, even though I live in NZ...THE POWER OF EBAY. Only if we win the bidding war...

I ordered my copy from the office in November. They ran out of stock for the X360 so I still wait for it... I suspect my boyfriend to give it to me for Christmas though... or at least some Skylanders again. I have almost each character out by now and still waiting for the game... Mmmm...

I too have purchased this as a Christmas present; for my kids to give to me. They're older, and have no interest in video games whatsoever (regardless of the prodding from me). So after I get them settled on Christmas Day with their electronic "toys", I will be able to enjoy mine for the first time.

Ignitoe sorry but based on what I've read you'll have to take turns because it's 2 player only plus you can PvP in this game (player vs player) so anyway my point is have a merry christmas

^No. Unless you mean SSU, but otherwise no. It's just like all the other console ones. But with a keyboard.

yeah thats what i thought it was like, how do you do co-op with it then??

You can also use a controller with the PC one, which I guess would give another method of input. Maybe there's more than one keyboard configuration, too?

^There should be... When you select the battle thing without anything plugged in it says you need to add another controller OR another keyboard.

Thanks for the clarification; I don't have the PC version, but know at least one person who may well get it sometime. If I ever played it, I'd far prefer a controller!
