i do mostly looks
but most of mine are wearing a fez. well cause of this

Looks.....try to pick out hats that fit the character or just looks good on them.

Pirate hat on Gill, halo hat for trigger happy, that sort of thing.

Mostly looks, but if I need to do something big with them, then I will change to one with good stats. My Boomer sports a Cowboy Hat particularly well smilie
