Doubt they wouldn't list all of them, but maybe they will release more in the future.

Since they apparently all came from SWAP Force, I'd say Scratch, Fryno and Punk Shock.
They were pretty hard to find, especially the former.

This. I regret trading in my Spotlight and Blackout. I did so because I traded in my Trap Team game along with the figures and I didn't think I was gonna buy any more Skylanders games. I also wish I still had Blades, High Five, Echo and Funny Bone, so I hope they'll be in triple packs too.

Unfortunately even if we get new ones they will probably all be super common shelfwarmers. As other people have mentioned, this seems to just be a way for Activision to unload old stock. Rare characters like Spotlight and Blackout probably wouldn't have a bunch of unsold stock.

This soooooo much! Look, I'd like to see Spotlight and Blackout rereleases as much as the next guy, but Activision is not doing this to give fans the characters they previously missed out on. They are strictly doing this to get rid of old Swap Force stock and make a few extra dollars.

I love being the one guy who HATED SWAP Force so much I quit collecting toys (and the game after chapter 2)
I got back into Skylanders ONLY after i heard of the Light and Dark Elements. (The Light Expansion pack and the Dark Expansion Pack already released by then, I was lucky to find each at retail the nearest Target and the GameStop literally next door [to the Target, not to me, it's a 15 minute drive] Also, I was vigilant enough to find Spotlight and Blackout at GameStop.com)

Edit: I'm fine with Spotlight, Blackout, and Echo, but only if they come in 3 Separate 3-packs. I only need echo and pretty much every Trap Team and SWAP Force core, well, the ones NOT named Spotlight and Blackout.
