There is Rip Tide for a frog Skylander. I mean true they never said he was a frog, or an amphibian at all for that matter, but he does have a lot of features of a frog. I think one of his idle animations even shows him with a long tongue.

Eh Rip Tide is not a frog imo, I mean like an actual frog, kinda like how Fling Kong is an actual monkey. Rip Tide has "hair fins" and most of his moves are named after fish type puns...ahh the puns.
