I wasn't writing to any one person specifically, but hype was building rapidly for something we have no info about. That pix was, at best, a "teaser," and at worst it means absolutely nothing. Only time will tell (and the pic will probably be forgotten by the time it does).

Although you do bring up another point: an unreleased SuperChargers-themed kids' journal means jack squat about any further Imaginators releases. It vanished into the ether last year and may do so again, but if it does release, it's probably aimed as a cash-in on season 2 of the animated series more than anything with the games.

Would be interesting to know the american (I guess) release date.

I know it says "we don't know when this item will be available yet", but so does Amazon.it; however if you scroll down you should see the actual release date.
If it's around the 25th of May, it could be a confirmation of the italian release as well.

And yeah, this and the release dates pretty much confirm the Q4 Adventure Pack (and maybe also gives more credibility to the whole E3 Lightcores and new characters reveal): Cursed Tiki Temple and Lost Imaginite Mines weren't on the chart because they were pretty much already announced or at least anyone with the game could see them in the M.A.P., no need to point them out.

Besides, we got them anyway, why would they write down something which isn't actually coming out?

Don't bother, some people have convinced themselves that a little snippet on a "Future Plan" chart (that have a long history of having vaporware and cancelled games) is the exact same as "OMG BBQ CONFIRMED PROOF" and have developed an entire ecosystem of coincidental "facts" to back it up.

As for myself, I'm still waiting for that second and third Diablo 3 expansion pack Activision/Blizzard displayed on a "Future Plan" a few years back.

I really don't want to start this argument again, just want to make something clear: if the facts surrounding a possible second year of content for Imaginators arent't legit (even though we are starting to get more and more hints as time passes), then neither are the ones regarding the imminent end of the franchise.

Both things are unconfirmed, yet for some reason the latter tends to be percieved as more likely and plausible, almost taken for granted in certain cases.

Like I said previously, not everything is black or white. Not taking for granted we are getting something new does not mean we believe it's the end of the franchise. That message wasn't directed to anyone in particular, just really wanted to point that thing out because, as you said, not everything is black and white.

I'm also pretty convinced to express my thoughts rather carefully, sometimes using way too many "maybe", "possibly" and "perhaps", because yeah, in the end nothing is confirmed for neither sides.
If I ever said to be 100% sure about any unconfirmed content, then I apologize because it's absolutely not what I think.

Can't speak for everyone but consider me cautiously optimistic, yet definitely still skeptical.

What I meant is that at least we know it wasn't Lost Imaginite Mines.

Okay, now I wanna see the level itself. From the image, it looks like it'll reuse assets from Cradle of Creation, but I guess it can still do something good-looking. But I'll expect something akin to the level of Cursed Tiki Temple in regards of polish and length.

Most likely the press conference Activision had. It's possible they got some sort of inside info, but I assure you it was not "triple checked" by Activision executives.

We've been waiting since the game came out for him and not many people want the Christmas version.

No, necroing is when you bring a topic that's 5 months or older back to the first page, usually doing a very pointless or redundant post(people usually give it a pass if you're actually updating the subject or something). Kczportalmaster did this to like 20 threads and Buuzer only got to him at the tail end of it, apparently.

I'm not even sure they would be Senseis, to be honest.
It would make sense, since it would technically be Imaginators year 2, but based on the description I could only imagine Void being maybe a Quickshot with two futuristic guns.

For some reason I'm picturing Krakatoa as a Brawler, maybe because I think he would be already awesome without needing any giant weapon.
Yet I think they would work better as Cores; there are only so many weapon types before it starts getting repetitive.
I miss more beastly Skylanders.
