Tidepool doesn't unlock her guns, the shrine in Sky Fortress does, actually I think most of them don't. They're Sensei Shrine rewards, most likely.

Hood Sickle unlocks the shoulder guards iirc.

Grave Clobber seems to unlock Grave Clobber themed knuckles.

Also, Kaos does unlock something.
In the creation menu, in the Imaginite Chest Vault, one of the chests says "Awarded by Kaos".

Pretty sure that you can add knuckles as one of Grave Clobber's unlocked parts, in italics as it's not confirmed as of yet. We've seen them before, and now that we have confirmation that he's a Brawler, I think that we can assume that he'll unlock them.

Unfortunately, there's not much to add to the discussion until we get more character creation footage (weapons section), Meet the Skylanders videos, or open the reward chests after activating the shrines.

Should combine this topic with the crystal unlockabkes too so all the figure unlocked parts are in one topic ( senseis and crystals). That'll keep the topic more popular.

I really hope that Cortex unlocks his gun or the staff version of his gun, because that'd by perfect for Trash Bull, my Tech Sorcerer.

Interesting observation-

In king pen's trailer, it shows his knuckles as a common weapon- all other sensei weapons are ultimate..

common weapons can be equipped as soon as level one. Ultimate isn't until level 6. Huh.

I've spotted Flarewolf's mohawk in the Steakhead trailer, and Boom Bloom's hair buns somewheres else. You can add them.

In the newest Creator App b-rolls you can see a Pain-Yatta backpack under HS'. Blaster-Tron shoulder pads are also visible. Of course, not confirmed to be avaliable parts, and HS' shoulder pads aren't even unlocked by him as an example, but just an example.

Do we know exactly how the shrine unlocks the weapon? Do you need all 3 senseis? Or do you get ithe immediately after opening?

You get the weapon immediately once the character opens it.
