Hey, dudes, does anybody know nightfalls catchphrase?

On topic: I wonder if you will need to purchase a superchargers tablet starter set, or if the bluetooth traptanium portal will be compatible with the digital superchargers game just like the consle traptanium portal will be compatible with superchargers, which would mean you do not have to purchase the superchargers starter set for the tablet and you can still play the full game. I am hoping that is the case because I just purchased the trapteam tablet set. And if we get lucky, the superchargers game for tablet will release early just like they did for the trap team game.

Bifrost, the E3 Hot Streak stickers didn't have codes either.

...Huh. Wonder how that's going to tie in with Battlecast then. After Universe betting on the portal reading the chips on time isn't exactly something I trust.

Though you can always find the codes on the characters stats screen........

Oh yeah, there's that. I always forget about it to be honest, since for Lost Islands it's easier to find the stickers than turning the console on.

Idk what is so unique about this "code". It sounds special and all. But yeah.. Would it really make things different if there would be no codes anymore?

Hell yes, how in the world would be able to use your collection in the spinoffs?Battlegrounds, Lost Islands,Cloud Patrol and the defunct Universe all use it, and probably all future mobile games too.

The code isn't an issue, the cards are.
And if you ask 70% of this forum THE CARDS MATTER.
They don't matter to me cause I'm so ADHD if I lose a card I don't bother to find it.

The code however is a surefire way to make sure the characters can get into the App Games without having to use a portal

And unless you play Battlegrounds it's very pointless to buy the Bluetooth Portal. At the very most you get skylanders a week early on Lost Islands.

I do not take this as any confirmation yet, but I will be so majorly pissed off if the cards are gone. That's a pretty low blow to all those who enjoyed them and have come accustomed to them as a staple of this game. Especially to those who may not follow every detail before release and expect to get their cards upon buying these.

Theres one thing about Smash Hit I don't get. On his Icon he looks completely different besides the eye patch and puffy cheeks then his Toy Form looks totally different

I thought the Wii U Dark Edition only had DK, his vehicle, Stealth Elf, and Nightfall's vehicle, but the site shows it as this:



Can anyone confirm if this is correct, or if it's a mistake?

That is correct
Kinda sucky Wii U owners only get land vehicles tho...

I'm actually more inclined to get it now since I actually really wanted Spitfire AND DK.

Actually Deep Dive Gill Grunt says that when he starts a Sea section. I know there is a video out there that shows that.

Why do I keep being dumb. I thought Dive-Clops' voice was the flower's in Mystical Vault but it's not. His voice actually sounds like Knight Light's. You can hear his voice when he uses the Sea Shadow. When he comes back up from underwater he says "Above to Surface!" or something

Well of course yes. But... Would you quit if they wouldn't come with codes? I doubt that they will stop with the addings of uniqui codes for each Skylander/Supercharger. But I just don't think vehicle s would have them... Which.. is strange. cause even Magic Items had their own code.....

As Blink182Bouncer, no big deal if they're still ingame,but if they do away with codes altogther I'll probably never go back to LI; not buying a bluetooth portal for a FarmVille clone or anything really that I play on my phone on the go.

Has anyone at Gamescom looked or asked if theres cards in the packs yet?

Is there even anything new at Gamescon? Anything like, new characters or is it JUST the racing. If it is that's kinda a Disappointment to me

FamilyGamerTV had Nightfall on the interview, but the other youtubers there all seem to be playing with the known skylanders plus Jet Stream and Sea Shadow, no Nightfall.
Might be a towards the end of the week thing,like Fiesta was only shown halfway through E3.

Lost Islands and Battlegrounds are still available as an app but they are no longer taken care of with bigger updates. So don't excpect.

Nightfall is not playable at gamescom. We only got several racetracks in the business area and the e3 buid for the showfloor with bowser, donkey kong and gill grunt. The picture was probably taken by PR guys. You can see that she's not tied up.

Does anyone thing your kinda cheating when you race with Hot Streak since you can charge.

Battlegrounds really hasn't been updated in forever, Lost Islands was on hiatus as far as we know. Did Guha Bala actually say it's done as well?

What the hell are we getting this con? Surely more would be revealed? The game doesn't have long to its release date.

I noticed something. Looks like Kaos has his sights set for Earth -

Yup, but it's a different cutscene from when he's shown sitting on a throne also in the control room. Maybe it's how he's forcing the player POV to stay clear from his plans, since he's now very much aware of when cutscene cameras point to him.

Anyway, Does anyone LOVE Kaos' new outfit? Really gives him the EVIL look!

His outfit is nice but I don't think it fits him as much as the original robes. Sure, it's emperor-y, but the original or Evolved ones just gave him a simple and easy to identify look.
But at least it's new outfits and not redesigns for both him and Flynn,Cali,Hugo and whoever else shows up later. Mags and Buzz seems to have the same clothes as ever,strangely.

I noticed this in the trailer. It's Thrillipede! He looks kinda creepy but kinda cool!

The antennae even have two sections exactly like a Grundo's(from Neopets), wow.

And in case someone missed my comment a few pages back, you can see Supercharged Buzz Wing in the trailer as well, it has the apperance of a bumblebee.
(or at least looks supercharged,the mods don't seem to change the shape that much)
