...That's kind of a really lazy recolor.I've seen a custom with the exact same palette except for the shamrock. Guess Funny Bone's still going to stay as a meh Undead even with the alter ego.
And Alter Egos started to have only single quests as well? Oh man, I actually looked foward to them because three part quests just seem more fun in general to find out the next parts of the mission.

I don't think they are only going to have one quest...I just know this much because I CANNOT get trolls to spawn!!

Tuff Luck would've been a good candidate.

Tuff Luck is a bit too obvious, her theme is already in line with St. Patrick's Day. Not much else you could do.

But I just won Fortune Funny Bone and his skin on his model looks absolutely terrible. The way they simulate shiny texture combined with his eyes squinting really looks bad.

The second quest is collect 10 Piggy Banks from the Bank.

And the third quest is to use him in the Undead Sanctuary.

Just got him. I think he is a disappointing looking Alter Ego.

I don't know why, but to me funny bone just looks too reptilian. I think it is his horns and his extra long tail. He just doesn't scream "dog" to me....eh

I agree - I thought he was a dragon at first, not a dog. Then I was surprised when he stopped working in the Dragon's Lairs.

But I like this alter-ego.

I opened up my game the other day, and saw him as a new special skylander to purchase for 1,500 gems. I *almost* bought him before I realized that it was March all of a sudden and that he was the alter ego! Boy does time fly or what?

I'm going to start saving up water traps to use Gulper every month. Not that I need to save wishstones, but I'm tired of even throwing them in at this point....

I won him and he looks really bad having the changing non-shiny/glittery.metallic yellow colors

Could someone post images of how he looks like in lost islands. Because i can't get Lost islands because i don't have a tablet or Phone

Wow, he looks like dark yellow paint instead of anything resembling gold. Good thing I'm taking my time with the wish stones, Gulper's yet to show up and I ended up buying Ermit instead of Mags last month.

Ooh Ermit is a good purchase.

Yeah they should have made him Gold....that dark yellow looks horrible. Wish i had a Tablet so i could play Lost Islands.

What color is gold? Is it not yellow? I don't know what other color you expect. I believe the color shifting is to show that it's gold by making it look like light shining on it.

It's not that dark yellow, because then it starts looking like butter instead. Compare to Golden Queen's model in the vault - she doesn't reflect much compared to the console game but the yellow tones are much more saturated and light.

^ What she said...they could have done a better job...look at the gold on the Legendarys...and the Golden Qween is a good representation of Gold color in video games. In other words its all about shading...look at the main pic Aura posted in the first post...see the white and different shades or yellow...that is how gold is created in video games...white is used to create light or reflecting appearance.

Ooh perhaps i can help . Check out your cellphone companies and see what they offer you in exchange for you taking out an account . Thats how we got the smartphone . Our company also offers Tablets as freebees .

Has anyone else noticed that Fortune Funny Bone finds a lot of Gold Chests? I've had him clearing sheep and "nothing to see here" for the past few days (trying to encourage trolls for when I can finally collect enough cotton candy to trigger part 3) and he's been finding one gold chest for every three mobs he clears.

Wondering if his fortune theme also gives him a higher chance of finding them, of if I've just been lucky lately.

Thats the average for any Skylander used .

A gold chest every three mobs is average? You're a lot luckier than me then. For me I'd say 1 silver chest per three mobs cleared is probably about average.

I just cleared 28 mobs with Pain Yatta and got no gold chests.

Oops sorry i misread it . I thought you meant gold / silver chests in general . I think i will try your funny bone theory .

it's not working for me. And with the mission to use leg jawbreaker to open chests, I don't really want my next one to be gold

Yes! 38 wishstones and I got Fortune Funny Bone and an Earth Sculpture! Not to mention a bunch of random decorations.

I can't believe I missed this guy! How did I not check during the whole month of March!?! Hoping he gets back in the well soon.

I've had a hard time keeping up since Christmas :-( life gets busy. This game was my addiction and reason for buying skylanders with my son for so long until they left it for months last year. I kept playing but I haven't been as dedicated. A lot of the people I enjoyed on this forum also left, but I think I just saw Woz on another post.!.?. I have to get back into things now :-)
