You bet. It's gonna be awesome!

That was the last straw. Ares felt the fire starting inside of him. But it wasn’t just a fire. It was an inferno. He set down Small Fry, got onto all fours, and charged at the land shark. The legendary and gold Chop Chops tried to stop him, but he sent them flying with his horn. Ares jumped towards Razor and tackled him off the edge of the Home Village, down onto the disgusting floor below. The impact dented the ground. Ares rolled off of the King, stood up, and raised his fists. Razor did the same.
The punching match started. Blow after blow was delivered to both shark and rhino, but the fight continued on. Finally, Ares uppercutted Razor high into the air. The shark turned head first towards the ground and dived into the Earth. Ares looked around. He couldn’t see the fin of the shark anywhere. Eventually the fin popped up. Ares ran towards it, but it vanished into the ground again. The same happened multiple times, until eventually Ares was spinning in circles trying to find the fin. He fell onto one knee, dizzy. That’s when Razor made his move.
The shark flew out of the ground and was about to belly flop onto Ares when he rolled out of the way. Razor hit the ground. Hard. Ares stood up and shook his head to get rid of the dizziness. In that time, Razor slowly stood up. Ares ran at him, but Razor dodged around his left. As Ares turned around, Razor ran towards him and jumped. His left hand extended towards Ares, then his right fist smashed into his face. Ares spun around and collapsed. Razor had landed on one knee. He turned on his knee to face Ares.
“Superman punch. Works every time.” But Razor was wrong. Ares lifted his arms and pushed himself to his feet. He looked at Razor. His eyes were completely red. Razor stood up as well. He ran to try another Superman punch, but Ares caught his fist. He shoved him into the cardboard boxes that served as the base for the Home Village. As Razor stumbled away from the wall, Ares jumped at him. The rhino’s knee smashed into the side of Razor’s head, shattering his jaw. Razor dropped onto his hands and knees, spitting out blood. Ares, still not through with the shark, backed up away from him a bit, then ran towards him. He jumped and brought his foot onto the back of Razor’s head. His skull crashed into the ground, knocking him out. Ares dropped to his knees. Frost had come down the stairs and rushed to his friend’s side.
“Are you okay?” asked the Slam Bam. Ares looked towards his friend. He was smiling. His eyes were normal.
“I feel great.”

Ares was standing on a podium in the Square. The entire Village had gathered around the pretend grass. Frost stood next to him. So did Zeus and Small Fry. This was the ceremony in honor of Ares becoming king. I would go through all of it, but it’s kind of boring, so here’s the end of it. Frost cleared his throat.
“All hail King Ares!” he yelled. The whole crowd bowed to their king. King Ares bowed as well. He then coughed. The crowd looked up to him.
“Now that I’m king, I have something I have to do. I’ve been informed that one of the prisoner’s in the dungeon was a Voodood from my past. Will he please be brought to the Square?”
Bouncer Mark-3 carried Shaman to the Square. He was handcuffed. Bouncer Mark-3 set him down on his knees next to Razor, who was also handcuffed, and Terrabite, who just stood by his dad. There was also Razor’s personal bodyguards, the Gold and Legendary Chop Chops.
“As King, I hereby sentence Razor and Terrabite Terrafin, Excalibur and Arthur Chop Chop, and Shaman Voodood, to banishment. Take them away.” Frost and 3 Bouncers started to escort the banished to the stairs when Ares stopped Frost.
“Make sure you guys walk them out far into the store.” Frost looked at Ares and nodded. He then ran back to the Bouncers and continued walking the banished. King Ares picked up Small Fry and walked to the Council Hall. He sat on his throne, and, for the first time since Ruby died, felt peaceful.

The banished had been dropped off at the front of the store. Now the Bouncers and Frost were making their way back to the Home Village. They walked in single file, with Frost at the front of the line.
“I’m glad they’re gone,” said Frost. At that time, a black crystal boomerang came flying out from underneath a shelf. It curved back and dragged the Bouncer at the back of the line under the shelf with it.
“I mean, Razor was a total jerk,” continued Frost. A hooded figure with a black crystal staff snuck up behind the Bouncer at the end of the line. He crossed the staff in front of the robot’s neck, grabbed both ends of the staff, and dragged the Bouncer under the shelf.
“And that Voodood. I knew from before,” continued Frost, unaware of the abductions that had happened. An arm stretched out from underneath the shelf. There was a black crystal fist on the end of it. The fist grabbed the last Bouncer and dragged him under the shelf.
“Guys?” questioned Frost. Normally, the Bouncers would be making some kind of noise, but there was nothing. Frost turned around. They were all gone. When he turned forward again, there was a Skylander standing in front of him. It was an elf clad in armor made from wood and acorns. He was wearing a black hooded cape and was holding a black crystal axe.
“Hello,” he said before he struck Frost in the head with side of the axe blade, knocking out the Slam Bam. He then dragged the unconscious body underneath the shelf.

Two Weeks Later…
King Ares sat on his throne with Small Fry sitting on his lap. He had been getting used to ruling the Village. But he was worried about something. Frost and the three Bouncers had never returned from their escort mission. Ares had sent teams to search every inch of the store, but they found nothing. He was uneasy about the location of his friend, but today, Ares had something to do. He was going to meet more of the Villagers.
The King stepped down from his throne and set Small Fry on the floor. It was almost his seventh birthday. Ares had to get him something within three days. Ares mentally hit himself. He was getting distracted from the task at hand. He hopped onto his angry bike and started driving into the Village. Small Fry followed.
Ares’ first stop was the home of Cecilia Sprocket. She was the architect of the Village. Ares pulled up to her small cardboard house. He knocked on the door.
“Who’s there?” someone yelled from inside.
“King Ares,” said, well, Ares.
“Oh. Come in!” Ares opened the door and stepped inside. Small Fry followed. Cecilia stood near the back of the room, drawing a blueprint of something. There were tons of blueprints scattered around the main room. Cecilia turned to meet Ares and his son.
“Hello sir, pleasure to meet you Skylander-to-Skylander. As I’m sure you know, my name’s Cecilia Sprocket. I designed every building in this Village. The Watchtower is my favorite design.”
“Yeah, it is pretty cool,” said Ares. He looked at the blueprints around the room. “What are you designing now?”
“I’m working on a mega giant improved tank. My current one’s getting old.” Cecilia went to one of the doors in the room. She opened it and dragged out a huge tank. It was rusted and dented. She walked back to Ares and Small Fry. “I hope to get it done within a week.”
Ares was impressed with Cecilia’s ambitious goal. “Well, I’ve got to go. There are more people I have to see. Small Fry!” Ares walked out the door with Small Fry following him. “Thank you for stopping by!” yelled Cecilia as the door closed.

Ares’ next stop was the home of the Bash siblings: Rolle, Rokk, and Rokkelle. There was also a Flashwing living with them named Diamond. She was married to Rokk and they had a son, Bop. Ares knocked on the door. He waited for someone to come to the door or say something. Finally, the door opened. Diamond had opened it by standing on her back legs to reach the door knob.
“Ah, King Ares, nice to see you,” said the Flashwing. “Please, come inside.” She walked back into the house and started playing with her son. Ares stepped inside and looked around. It seemed like a small house for four people. He closed the door and took a seat on one of the chairs.
“So, where are the Bashes?” asked Ares. Flashwing looked at him. “Bop, why don’t you go get your ball,” said Diamond. Bop waddled away down the hall.
“Rolle and Rokkelle are out on one of their walks. I don’t know where Rokk is. We just got divorced. The next day, he disappeared. I’ve been keeping Bop occupied so he doesn’t worry, but I think he may start asking where his dad is soon. It was nice for you to visit, but I’m kind of stressed.”
“No, I get it. It was nice to meet you,” said Ares as he walked to the door. As he opened it, he looked back to Bop as he walked in with a rubber ball in his mouth. “See you later kid.”
“Bye King!”

Ares’ last stop was a park near the back corner of the Home Village. There was a giant tree in it. That was who Ares was visiting. His name was Spruce. He was a Tree Rex. “Hello?” said Ares.
The tree’s eyes opened. He took off his leaf hat and looked to Ares. “Hello King, nice to meet you. Would you like to sit and relax?” The giant’s voice was deep and calming. Ares decided to sit down as Spruce told him to. It was quiet and peaceful.
Suddenly, a Magna Charge and a Freeze Blade raced on to the fake grass. Ares could barely make out who was who. They were wrestling. Finally, the Freeze Blade pinned the Magna Charge. The ice-skater grabbed his friend’s hand and pulled him up. They were about to start talking when they noticed Spruce and Ares.
“Oh, hi King,” said the Freeze Blade. “Wheelie and I were just wrestling. Sorry if we interrupted anything. Name’s Glacier.”
“Nice to meet you Glacier,” said Ares. He stood up. “Well, I should be getting back to Small Fry. I’ll see you around the Village.” He angry biked back to the Council Hall.

Frost woke up in a dark room tied to a chair from some dollhouse. Four figures stood in front of him. Frost recognized the one with the axe. “Where, am I?” he asked. The figure with the axe spoke first.
“You are in our secret base. We were accidentally released early, and don’t want to go back to that factory. We’re trap masters. I’m Zitronen, a Bushwhack. My friends are Jeder, a Gusto, Bosewicht, an Enigma, and Ist, a Jawbreaker. We’re the Fatal Four.”

I just got Freeze Blade, so to honor him, I created Glacier. i hope you enjoy his character.

Also, the names of the Fatal Four are in German. When translated, they say something. Let me know if you find it!

Okay, there was no new chapter tomorrow ago. But I will post at least two on weekends and at least one on weekdays.

It was two days after Ares’ meet and greet with some of the villagers. Ares was playing with Small Fry in the Council Hall when one of the guard Bouncers came inside. He looked worried, if robots could be worried.
“I come bearing bad news,” he said. “We have spotted Shaman and Razor outside of the Village with an army.”

Two Weeks and Two Days Ago…
Razor sat with his son, Arthur, and Excalibur near the entrance to the store. Shaman was pacing back and forward. None of them had their weapons, or tools, or anything really. They were bonded only by one common goal: a mutual hatred of King Ares. They were trying to think of what to do next. That’s when Shaman got an idea.
“What if we open more Skylanders, create an army, and attack the village?” Razor looked at him. He was smiling his typical Razor smile. “Sounds great.”
The five ex-villagers slowly made their way to the Electronics Aisle. They climbed up to the Skylander shelf. “Alright!” yelled Razor. “Any of you Skylanders who are alive, shake the box you’re in.” Tons of cases started shaking. Must have been a lucky shipment. The quintet decided the best looking Skylanders to open. One by one, they introduced themselves.
“Phoenix,” said a Sunburn who was sitting on top of a Dragon’s Peak figure.
“Reaper,” said a Grim Creeper who was practicing his scythe spinning skills.
“Gears,” said a Drill Sergeant who was testing out his drills on the side of a shelf.
“Sting,” said a Scorp who was sparring with a Zook.
“Falcon,” said a Jet-Vac who was testing out his jetpack
“Jekyll,” said a Pop Fizz who was examining each of his potions.
“Launcher,” said the Zook who was sparring with Sting.
“Slip,” said a Zap who was relaxing on the tile of the Walmart floor.
“Forge,” said a Blast Zone who was rocketing from shelf to shelf
“Hurricane,” said a Free Ranger who was chasing Forge.
“Anchor,” said a Thumpback who was practicing fighting with his, well, anchor.
“Okay, recruits!” yelled Razor. “You are going to help me and my friends take over a village in the back room. They banished us for no good reason. So now we fight back! And you guys will play a crucial role. We need you to find more Skylanders for our army. Then bring them to us for judging. GO!” The eleven Skylanders raced off into the store, hunting for more recruits.

Razor had been judging all of the Skylanders that their new recruits had found. About half made the cut, but the rest were gotten rid of. Now the four older Skylanders from the Home Village were equipped with weapons. Razor was holding a Dino-Rang boomerang and a Trigger Happy coin gun along with a Pop Fizz potion bag filled with two Freeze Blade chakrams and a pair of Night Shift boxing gloves. He was wearing a Ghost Roaster cloak and a Crusher helmet. Shaman was equipped with a Fright Rider lance and a Doom Stone club. Arthur and Excalibur were both holding Ignitor swords and riding Frights (Riders skeletal ostrich).
Razor called in the next possible recruit. It was a Wind-Up in a white trench coat. He kept twitching every couple seconds. He was carrying tons of papers and blueprints.
“Hello Mr. Terrafin sir. My name is Doctor Shock, and I am a scientist who has been trying to create new Skylanders. See!” Dr. Shock clapped his hands together. A Stump Smash with Whirlwind wings, a Chop Chop shield on his chest, and a Gill Grunt harpoon gun on his right shoulder, walked towards his creator. “His name is Woodwind. He’s one of my many creations.” Razor looked closely at the strange hybrid Skylander.
“I’m afraid we don’t have the spare Skylanders for you to mutate,” said ex-king Razor. “We won’t kill you, but you’re not coming with us. Guards!” Arthur and Excalibur rode forward and grabbed Dr. Shock. They picked him up and carried him back out into the store. Woodwind flew to catch up to his master. Razor called the next Skylander.
It was a Shroomboom. He slowly walked towards Razor. “H-hi, mister sha-sha-shark.” The mushroom spoke with a stutter. It was clear to Terrafin that he was nervous. “M-m-my name’s Sli-Sl-Sli-Sling.” Razor stepped forward to Sling. He stared at him closely. The Shroomboom backed away from the shark, but was stopped by Arthur.
“You’re a nice Skylander, right?” asked Razor.
“Y-yes, lan-la-landshark.”
“Well,” said Razor. “That’s unfortunate. I don’t need nice Skylanders. I need ruthless warriors! I thought the stutter might have been misleading, but I was wrong. I have no need for you.”
Sling’s eyes widened. “Pl-pl-please mister shark, d-don’t hurt me. I ha-have my who-whole life ah-ahead of m-m-me.”
Razor froze. He had the coin gun aimed at the mushroom, but he wouldn’t shoot.
“You’re just so heartwarming,” said the shark. “Your stutter, and innocence. No one with a heart could shoot you.” Razor was on the verge of tears. His face suddenly turned serious. “If only I had a heart.” He pulled the trigger. Sling went flying back into a shelf.
“Guards,” said Razor. The two Chop Chops dragged the limp mushroom away. Razor leaned against a shelf, swinging the coin gun around his finger.
“Next!”

Chapter 13 Sneak Peek: Ares stared at the army below him. It was huge, about the size of the village army.

Crap! Crap! Crap!
I was going to use a Skylander that played Dr. Frankenstein! Oh well, I guess I can still add him. Nice chapter!

Go ahead and add him. It's fine.

By the way, is that Frankenstein character a... Short Cut, perhaps?

Maybe...maybe not.
There's been some talk mine about that between others, but I might make it someone else.

I was just wondering. Short Cut's one of my favorite Trap Masters.

I don't like him as much as others, but he seems pretty cool. And I can definitely make a good character out of him.

That would be cool. I have plans for one as well, but I can't say to much. Except for his name. Crow.

Ooh, sounds like we're going to have a Short Cut-off!

I guess so... Muahhahaha! Wait, I'm still writing again! I need to stop doing that!

Sorry I missed the latest chapters, I totally forgot.

Damn, I had an Idea to have the enemy in my story have an army of different skylanders. And you've already done it. I'm still probably gonna do it though.

Short Cut is my second favorite trap master.

Having an army of different Skylanders is an okay theme across all stories. An army of all one type of Skylander, however, is a unique should not be copied idea.

Also, new chapter tomorrow!

Be prepared, things will get kind of depressing.

Two Weeks and a Day Later…
Razor’s army was ready. They planned to attack tomorrow. But there were a few last things to deal with.
“You shall all be sorted by element and gimmick,” said Razor. “Phoenix, you lead the fire team. Reaper, you lead the undead team. Gears, you lead the tech team. Falcon, you lead the air team. Jekyll, you lead the magic team. Launcher, you lead the life team. Slip, you lead the water team. Hurricane and Forge, you lead the Swap Force team. Anchor, you lead the Giant team. Shaman and I shall lead the whole army. Excalibur and Arthur will be my personal guards. Everyone understand your positions? Good. Now get some rest. I’ll see you in the morning.”

“Wake up my army!” yelled Razor. The huge mass of Skylanders quickly stood up. They were prepared for war. They all got into army formation with Razor at the head of the group. They started marching towards the storage room.

Ares stared at the army below him. It was huge, about the size of the village army. Ares looked towards the Bouncer.
“Get me General Crusher, and Air General- you know what, just get me everyone.” Ares started to run to the Watchtower when he ran into Tick and… Tock!?
“Ares, guess what!?” exclaimed Tick. “Tock was alive, chained up in the factory!”
“That’s great, but we have a bigger issue at hand. Look,” said Ares as he pointed towards the edge of the village. Tick and Tock looked over the side. They turned to Ares, shocked. The king ran off to the Watchtower. He quickly ascended the steps and reached the top.
“Villagers, prepare for a battle!” he yelled. “Shaman and Razor have returned with an army!” Ares stood up at the top of the tower until all of the villagers had gathered, ready for battle. The Fryno returned to the ground. There, a Trigger Happy stood, waiting. It was Banker.
“Here are two extra coin guns. Figured you could use them,” said Banker. Ares took the guns. “Thank you.” The king rushed to the head of the village army. Razor and Shaman’s fighters had started climbing up the stairs to the village. Small Fry ran to his dad.
“Dad, what’s going on?” asked Small Fry. Ares looked at his son. “Son, some bad people have come back to this village. I need you to run and hide somewhere. Come out when the battle’s over, okay?”
“Okay,” said Small Fry, and he ran off. Ares looked back to the stairs. The army had reached the top of the stairs and stood there. Razor stared at Ares. He was smiling.
“Well Ares,” said the shark. “I didn’t think an army would gather this fast. But since it has, I guess it’s time for war.” Razor pulled out his boomerang and coin gun.
Ares stared at the former king. “Razor, you’re going down.” Ares looked at the rest his army. He stared back at Razor. He lifted his gun and fired a shot into the air.
“Charge!”

Charge!!!!!

Ch. 14 Sneak Peek: The two armies collided between the Village Square and the stairs. Ares shot four of the opposing Skylanders before having one of his coin guns blasted out of his hand by an air blast from a Jet-Vac. It was Falcon.

Woah!

The two armies collided between the Village Square and the stairs. Ares shot four of the opposing Skylanders before having one of his coin guns blasted out of his hand by an air blast from a Jet-Vac. It was Falcon. Ares ran towards him and rolled under another air blast. He aimed the coin gun up and shot the air gun out of Falcon’s hands. Ares aimed his coin gun at the bird, but he jet packed up and caught his gun. He flipped a switch and turned the gun into vacuum mode. He kept aiming at Ares, who had an idea. The king shot a few coins at the gun, and it jammed. Falcon tried to get it working by shaking the coins out, but it didn’t work. Suddenly, it exploded, sending Falcon flying back into the battle. Ares turned back to the opposing army.
Zeus shot lightning bolt after lightning bolt at Razor’s army before being targeted by Reaper. He spun his scythe at the Lightning Rod, who just barely side-stepped it. Zeus caught it and spun it back at the Grim Creeper. He caught it and used the momentum to jump at Zeus. Reaper’s ghost jumped out of the armor as it landed and brought the ghost scythe down on Zeus. He blocked it and punched the living armor away. At that moment, Reaper’s ghost tapped Zeus on the shoulder. He turned to look at the poltergeist and the armor jumped to stab the Lightning Rod with his scythe. Zeus ducked under it and the two parts of Reaper collided, re-combining. Zeus turned to Reaper and morphed into his lightning avatar. Reaper looked up.
“Oh no,” he whispered just before he was electrified by Zeus.
Domech jumped and hovered in the air, shooting antimatter blasts from his eyes and wings, destroying multiple enemies. Then he spotted Phoenix, who was running towards the Drobot. Domech fired an atomic gearblade at the Sunburn, who teleported out of the way. Phoenix flew up behind Domech and was about to hit him with a fire blast when a drone ran into the Sunburn, who crashed into the ground. Domech looked to where the drone came from and saw his son. He had sent it. Domech smiled.
Phoenix landed right next to Falcon. They both got up and flew towards Domech. Suddenly, Phoenix’s leg was filled with unimaginable pain. He had been shot by Ares, who was motorcycling over to Domech’s side. He aimed the bike in the direction of the Jet-Vac and Sunburn, then stood up. The king jumped off of the bike and flew in between Falcon and Phoenix. He pistol-whipped the Sunburn and kicked the Jet-Vac in the chin. Ares landed back on his bike, performed a 180 degree turn, and shot a Skylander who jumped towards him. Phoenix landed in front of Ares and slid into the front wheel of the motorcycle. The Sunburn looked up at the Fryno just before he was shot by a gold coin.
Falcon was hovering in one spot, still recovering from the kick to the jaw. In that time, he was shot by rapid-fire antimatter blasts. He crashed into the Watchtower and slid down the wall. A Flameslinger ran to him to try and finish him off, but Falcon grabbed the bow and smacked the Flameslinger in the side of the head with it. The Jet-Vac grabbed an arrow out of the Flameslinger’s quiver and stabbed him with it. Falcon then threw the quiver over one shoulder and flew back up into the air. He shot an arrow at Domech, but it was chopped in half by a gearblade, which collided with Falcon. The bow went flying into the air and was disintegrated by an antimatter blast. Falcon landed on the ground. His limp body was dragged away by a Wind-Up in a white coat.
Razor threw a boomerang into the crowd, hoping it hit an enemy. However, a Dino-Rang caught and threw the boomerang back at Razor, who shot it. The two halves flew past his head. Razor shot that Dino-Rang, but was surprised to see one of Domech’s antimatter blasts coming at him. Quickly, the landshark threw his coin gun in the path of the blast. Not wanting to fight off the Drobot, Razor sent Sting and Launcher to take care of him. The ex-king took the two chakrams out of his pack and threw them at a Magna Charge, Wheelie. Glacier intercepted the two ice disks by performing a front flip and grabbing them out of the air. After he landed, he threw the chakrams into the air, then back-flipped and kicked them at Razor. Shaman jumped forward and crushed the two disks with his rock club right before they hit Razor. A Double Trouble wielding Shaman’s axe tried to chop the Voodood in half, but Shaman dropped his weapons and caught the axe. He used it against the Double Trouble. He had his weapon back. Excited, Shaman ran into battle.
Zeus was fighting off Skylanders in the Square when Shaman showed up. Zeus spotted him and turned to face him. Shaman smashed his staff against the ground and created electric lines around the Square, leaving just him and Zeus. The Lightning Rod fired a lightning bolt at Shaman, who blocked it with his axe. The orc fired the blade of Axe Reaver (his axe) at Zeus. It impaled itself in his arm, and Shaman pulled himself towards the Lightning Rod while dragging one of the border ropes behind him. He flew past Zeus and looped the rope around his neck. The Lightning Rod grabbed the rope and tore it away from his neck. He turned to Shaman and shot a lightning bolt into his chest. Shaman landed on his back, not moving. Zeus started walking to leave the Square.
“Hey Ares!” yelled Zeus. The rhino turned after shooting another Skylander. He went to go help his friend, but that’s when it happened.
An axe blade came through Zeus’ chest. He looked down and saw the blade. The Lightning Rod stared back to Ares as he whispered, “Help.” Zeus collapsed, and left Shaman standing there, bloody axe in hand. He wiped some of the blood off of Axe Reaver and pressed it over his heart. Ares was on his knees, shocked at the death of one of his closest friends.
Suddenly, Shaman started glowing and growing. Ares had to avert his eyes from the bright light. Eventually, after one last blast of white light, the brightness faded. Ares looked back to Shaman. He was the size of the Watchtower!
“All hail me, Shaman, your god!”
