Wind Up is not out in Wave 2, because Wind Up is exclusive to Sheep Wreck Islands.

We have seen a list of Wave 2 for awhile and have known Wind Up to not be in it.

He is believed to be Wave 3 however.

terrafin is an a battle pack , triple pack.. They should mix the characters better..
