Counting Wash Buckler and Blast Zone, we have rocket, climb, speed, spin, bounce, and teleport on day 1. That means no dig untill wave 2 (which, according to Lesty, is 10-14 days after the 13th) so....

If true: that means 5 Lightcore figures and 8 core figures in wave 1. Neither of which divides evenly into case size. Hmm. That kinda spoils the "split a case with my coworker" plan.

Doesn't make sense to me. Why would Activision not release a Life and Earth Swap Force Skylanders, even more so, a Dig and Stealth Swap-Force not released either. I find it strange. I think they would at least release those as well, to give access to all in game content at launch.

There's no way this is the entire wave, what about Freeze Blade, Night Shift, and Stink Bomb?.
They were shown in the teaser, then E3 along with Fire Kraken. And Gamescom has freaking gameplay of Boom Jet and Grilla Drilla. So this proves that this is not the entire wave.

Freeze Blade, Night Shift, and Stink Bomb would make since but it hunk that Fire Kraken, Boom Jet, and Grilla Drilla will be in Wave 2.

If this list is true, I'll be happy that Grim Creeper is in wave 1, but was still hoping for his regular release first. Oh well guess I'll have to get his lightcore if it is the first to come out. I just don't get it, the new characters were released before their lightcores, guess they wanted to play smart this time.

(I want to do more, but with still twenty dollars to pay off for the pre-order I'll probably only be able to get one Skylander at release.)

It'll probably vary, but if all goes according to my cunning plan (assuming the Legendaries and Nitro double packs are out on day one)
Darkstarter (Flight, Climb)
Nitro Double Pack with Rattle Shake (Speed, Jump)

L-Double pack (assuming it is real, in which case, Spin, Teleport)
If it's not real, then
L-Free Ranger (Spin)
Hoot Loop (Teleport)(anyone know what double packs he'll be in?)
So I have 6/8 of the movement types.
I'll wait to get any repeats of a movement class (e.g. Boom Jet, awesome as he is, after getting Blast Zone) until I have all 8 movement types, then I'll focus probably on corelanders.
Of course, almost none of my plans, no matter how well-worked, seem to ever work as I hoped, so who knows? But this should amount to:
$150-155
Or I could save my money and buy a Wii U or all the other 3DS games coming out at that time. At least it's close to a sibling's birthday...

Yeah, but most people are content with having one figure to play with, not buying at least three figures for themselves (and then expecting their kids to share).

It seems as though there's an awful lot out with Wave 1. I'm not sure how much I'll be buying day one; I might wait for Christmas.

I would completely agree with this list if they added a Stealth and Dig, that are Earth and Life. My guess would be Stink Bomb and Doom Stone. They are the ones who could easily match the description.

No 'fense Drek, but Fire Kraken is my least fave out of the Swappers. And my least fave Fire. I just think his face is...not good? His gameplay could change all that, because as of him, there hasnt been a Fire guy that I havent liked! (Flameslinger is EXTREMELY fun, i love spamming the flame dash and shooting baddies, so fun) So yeah, he may pull a Zoo Lou on me (Looked horrible, then I saw gameplay and he is my 4th fave corelander of all time)
