Yeah Collector's Edition = Dark Edition. Collector's Edition's aren't always called "Collector's Edition".

I said this quite some time ago when we first saw the Dark Edition but people refused to believe it and argued with me about it.

I did try to pre-order it from here, but it refused my payment. I have a feeling that (despite the fact that you don't pay until the item is dispatched) you still need the full amount of the product in your account at the time of placing the order.

Still... I'm a bit to weary. I don't really want to pre-order it and then have them say "Oh no, we can't actually ship it to you" and then I won't have the Dark Edition at all. I don't even mind not getting it on release, so long as I can trust that I will actually get it in the end.

Oh! Oh! I've just realised! Coolshop don't appear to have the Hex, Wash Bucker/Blast Zone poster and RFID chip promotion. I think that's worth the extra £20 I'm paying for it at GAME

I think I'll stick with my GAME pre-order too. I'd rather pay the extra and know I'm getting what I'm asking for, as opposed to not knowing what I'm buying.

It was a promotional preorder card for Swap Force. Started as a US Target exclusive, and it made it to the UK.

What it does... it gives your Skylander some sort of upgrade. We don't have full details, though.

gamestops finnish version cost 129€!!! that is allmost double the price of normal version.

365 Games also don't have any pre-order bonuses - just saying. LC Hex, the RFID chip and the extra poster are worth the extra £15. That's kind of why it's cheaper in 365 Games and Coolshop.

Everyone just stick to GAME.

I think they are referring to the second Dark version of Spyro, which is technically correct if you take 3DS version as first.

I am also sticking to my dark edition pre order at game as i really do not want to miss out on the bonuses.
I do have one question though.
If you pre ordered the dark edition in a Game store do you still get lightcore hex, RFID thing and a swap force poster, also do you get the extra free skylanders giant if you pre ordered in store, just asking?
