I'm playing the game now, and before I go fight the Sorceress for the first time I want to complete every level. That is now impossible because of a stupid glitch in Country Speedway. I raced the pigs once, lost. Raced them just now, and I got the new best time and first place, then it said "Try again?" and didn't give me the egg. Is this a glitch? I'm playing it from my PS3 btw.

Is it the PSN version or the original disc? PSN's is horrible. DX

I do have the original discs, but I haven't got my PS2 and I wanted to play YOTD. That's why I brought it off PSN

She means what she said. The PSN version of YoTD is actually the original black label copy of the game and has several glitches. This particular one prevents you from getting the egg unless you beat the race the first time you visit the level. To simply put it, you're screwed unless you start a new game.

Emm no, I just finish the game 5 times in a row and I haven't see any of this glitches >.<

I've never experienced this glitch before o3o well now I guess I know never to loose to those piggies.

Well, I can safely say that it takes 4 hours for me to complete every level and get to Midnight Mountain (with the exception of Glitchy Speedway and Molten Crater. Damn idol heads.)

I know it's the PSN version, but if they're based off their respective regions' original versions, then I'm not surprised at your issues. The PAL version had even less refinements than the NTSC version, so from what I understand it had significantly more errors, to the point where the Sunrise Spring music played in the Sorceress's Lair. <.<;

^But I understand that the Original Versions of the game Sunrise Spring OST IS played in Sorceress's Lair level, and just the Platinum Edition has a different OST, but I'm not sure...
