I love this topic! Anyway...

Spyro x Cynder (obvious, plus they look cute together)

Bash x Flashwing (It's tied into the backstory, and I like how he looks kinda tough where she's cutsy.)

Bash x Whirlwind (This was my original pairing, before I knew about the backstory.)

Zap x Whirlwind (I like the idea of these two; him caring about her would demand growth of character, and her trusting him / letting him get closer would be conflicted since she felt / feels like an outsider toward dragons.)

Ignitor x Hex (Was it she who cursed him into his armor? Since Hex is now (un)dead it might be hard to tell, and he might have issues with her regardless. Getting past those would be interesting. For her part, Hex is often misunderstood by other Skylanders and would probably love a chance to prove she didn't do something, and perhaps sparks could (literally?) fly. Plus, as a caster, having a frontline knight to watch out for her would make sense.)

Bouncer x Ninjini (I think he could help her loosen up and enjoy things, plus his backstory leads me to think he would by sympathetic about her past and any lingering issues she might have from it. For her part, she would likely admire his dedication to freeing his fans, though its possible that his attitude might bug her a little; but every couple has their quirks. *They're boring otherwise...*)

Sunburn x Whirlwind (These two just totally look cute together, IMHO.)

Flynn x Cali (Love. What else needs to be said? They totally crack me up.)

I need to get more familiar with the overall world / story for Skylanders, but once I do I may give a few of these a shot as short stories. I usually write young adult fiction, but taking a pause to do some shorter fan stuff might be fun.

Flynn x someone that I'd pity by default.

He's the Zapp Brannigan of Skylanders.

As far as Skylanders go, I can imagine Stealth Elf x Flameslinger happening, as well as Spyro x Cynder. For the others, I'm a little adverse to pairing different species, and I'm not that into romance...
