Sleepy, no. What you say makes sense, but NOTHING has been confirmed, besides S3 Stealth Elf.

I don't think S3 Stealth Elf was confirmed. We saw the toy but I'm still not sure if it's Series 3. I'm thinking maybe it's a LightCore or variant.

People are calling is S3. Could be something else. This is true, but for now all we know is we are getting another new Stealth Elf.

For it to be a lightcore, it would need something kinda transparent to actually light up. She doesnt have that so it is probably S3

And secondly, due to nothing being told, one has to assume that Giants won't be getting reposed....

Sleepy- I changed the title to represent the discussion was your speculation the original title S3 hint was misleading.

Honestly, giants are not likely to be represented as returning favorites because they would be a distribution nightmare. Currently figures are distributed in various formats ie (lightcore, new core/S2, giants, battle packs and triple packs). Each figure in each specific case is the format of figure with the same price point. It is not likely that the company would be able to distribute only a few giants as the price point would require separate distribution from the other figures. Signs point to the company focusing on Swap landers this year and possibly returning to giants for another sequel. I hope to see them again but do not expect to see them now.

fireofexile- We have seen the figure. It has a blue base signifying it as a figure associating it with Swap Force. We have seen it on the portal and nothing lights up. General consensus is that it will be the returning favorite in the starter pack. I am sorry but to state she is not one of the 16 rerelease figures is just not information consistent with everything we know. She is the only S3 character that has been confirmed.

The company hasn't put forth any material officially endorsing "series 3" as a label but surely they will. In fact, it would make optimal sense to use "series 3" for the figures that already have a "series 2".

My guess for the series 2 will be the 8 unreposed Skylanders and 8 core Skylanders that were in Giants. Not sure what they'll do for series 3. I guess current series 2 characters.
