This almost got me in trouble! I work in a call center and check in here between calls. I was laughing so hard I almost couldn't answer my phone, and when I did answer it was very difficult to talk and keep my voice even.....

I really don't think he will.. Why? Well look at the pattern in the cannon one. It has A S2 Skylander and a new skylander that has a log core repose, so most likely it is chill.... Maybe..

Different color, presumably different stats, perk to buying the 3DS game.

Except it's kinda lame that the booster 3DS pack doesn't have him, only the starter pack does... They should've included him in both versions (the 3DS version IS the same price as the console game after all), or gave the variant to Tree Rex, who is included in every game.

Do we know yet if the series 1 toys will unlock the exact same heroic challenges in Giants that they do in the original game, or will they unlock new challenges that can further bulk up your series 1 figures? I ask because I want some of the series 1 figures for heroic challenges in Giants, but if they just unlock the same exact challenges, then I won't need to bother getting a series 1 Chop Chop or Eruptor since it's just a boost for elemental power which isn't that important.

Will the Volcanic Vault have any function in Giants?

I'm not 100% sure or if it's changed but I thought we were told that there's different things to upgrade your Skylander this time around. So, like no Heroic Challenges. Don't quote me on that though because I'm not sure haha

Quite honestly, it seems that the S1 figures are getting shafted because of the S2 Wow Pow powers.
