I have the XBox 360 version, and I've had a glitch happen 3 times now.

During the last battle, with Kaos, the game froze.
Just stopped.

Had to shut off the entire console.

This happen to anyone else?

what xbox are you using slim or the elite?

My game freezes immediately after playing Sky Schooner Docks the first time playing through Story Mode. I've tested it, happens every time...only the first play-through though on my Slim...I think there's a crazy loud buzzing too when it happens. Only way out of it is to shut down my Xbox, but when I reload the game, it has recorded all my progress and continues where it should.

I haven't had a freezing problem with Kaos, but I've had him disappear off the screen once if I remember correctly.

Anyways, glitches happen and it's annoying sure, but it doesn't seem like there's anything game breaking unlike that one Wii glitch.

you may need to reinstall your disc or check your system to make sure it not super hot that can also freeze up games

happened to me and then my save file was corrupted and I had to start all over again

I don't know the difference, suffice to say it's white.

By the sounds of it, you're either using an Arcade or a Pro. Arcade was a model that lacked an HDMI port (and I believe had a wired controller), and Pro was white and had an HDMI port/wireless controller. Elite was the same as what you have but black (and a BIG harddrive), and Slim is the weird ugly redesign.

But anyway, I had a crash on the loading screen before the Kaos battle, albeit only once. Most all of my crashes and glitches tend to only happen once. Maybe try cleaning your disc?

does it only pause in skyalanders or other games as well? you have an older model which can be prone to get problems . If it has been doing this for awhile now no matter the game you need to keep your xbox cold as possible (do not use intercooler on it) so it doesn't burn itself up and get rrod

Based on the description, it's the "Pro" version.

And I don't remember any other games freezing up like Skylanders did, and that was only during the actual battle.
