Ok, so I've looked through 10 pages of topics and not found the old one, so I decided to remake this topic. Normally I wouldn't, but I just realized something. With all the merchandising, DS Styluses, Carrying cases, T-shirts, and the figures themselves, who doesn't think that a Skylanders tv show wouldn't make a lot of money, if written correctly? Hear me out here.

Skylanders has, among other things, plenty of exotic locales, heck, the completely glassed over Dirt Sea in Terrafin's bio alone is worth exploring. Not to mention volcanoes, oceans, The Outlands, and the several floating islands. It's got 32 complete characters who have a good start on characterization, and a TV show would only get more info, and hopefully, more participation from fan-artists and such.

I imagine the first season would act a lot like the game, or act as a prequel, showing Kaos' rise to power before Eon banishes him to the Outlands. Or simply talk about the Skylanders reassembling the Core of Light and stopping Kaos, using a small team of Skylanders for every level/episode. I think a format like this, at least for the first season, would work extremely well.

As for the next season, they could detail Skylander Giants, or go in the direction of the Kung-Fu Panda series and just do little side stories involving the characters. For example.

Before Joining the Skylanders, Terrafin had been the Heavyweight Champion of the Skylands Boxing Association. When he hears of an upstart young challenger gaining his title, Terrafin decides to head back to his old stomping grounds with his friends/cheer squad, Lightning Rod, Boomer, and Slam Bam, to reclaim his old title as the best boxer in all of Skylands! But perhaps this new challenger is closer than he appears to be...?

Or perhaps...

Before joining the Skylanders, Wham Shell had been the crown prince of his underwater civilization, which had been scattered to the currents when the Trolls invaded looking for oil. Since then, he has wielded the royal ancestral weapon, his golden mace, against evil. Now, another crabman has appeared, claiming that their civilization has rebuilt in Leviathan Lagoon, and they want their king back. Will Wham Shell leave his life as a Skylander behind?

And one more...

Flameslinger and Stealth Elf are always competing in one way or another. The blind archer and the amnesiac ninja are always roping Dark Elf Hex into their competitions, and finally the sorceress has had enough, and has forced them to spend time together without competing! And with Drill Sergeant, Chop Chop, Sunburn, and Camo constantly keeping an eye on the pair, can they keep their sanity, or will they be reduced to acting like children in an attempt to separate themselves.

Got an idea? Show me here! Also, I figure this is a nice way to distract from the whole TRU thing, to wash out the bad taste.

I only remade the topic because I had actual ideas, and not just going "hey I think it'd be cool", and I couldn't find that last topic after searching through more than 10 pages. If I had found it, I would've posted my post in there.

I just thought it'd be fun to imagine.

Oh please don't let it happen. We already have an animated series based on Lala loopsy. We don't need more shows like that.
