Could you all please give me your opinions on which is the better path for her? I was originally going to upgrade her blades some more, but now the scarecrows seem quite appealing.

Input would be much appreciated!

Blades defiantly she is a tank when they are upgraded
Alot of people choose the scarecrow path and regreted it
Also her meele skills lack somewhat if you choose the scarecrow path

Go with the blade build. Given the general... well, overpowered nature of Stealth Elf, a lot of people pick Scarecrows, find that it's amazing, and tout its merits. I can assure you, however, everything that's good about Stealth Elf is amplified on the Pook Blade Saint path, and when fully upgraded, she is the best story mode character in the game by far, with a very strong showing in PVP as well. You will not regret going blades. Blades are why she is my favorite Skylander, and this is coming from someone who has personally leveled every character down every path. If I can say that, and still call a Pook Blade Stealth Elf arguably the game's top character, then I must implore you to try that build.

The blade path sounds great, but the scarecrow path is also great. The reason I say this is beacause with both the triple scarecrows and the axe upgrade, she can aim her decoy at enemies, replace it with with her scarecrows, then have the scarecrows do all the work for her, and plus, she can attack them with her blades at the same time. Also, each time an enemy gets hit by an axe they take 13 damage, and the axes spin quite fast, so she can defeat even Kaos quite quickly. And plus, today, I beat Kaos on the wii version using just her and the healing elixir.

I really don't mean to be rude but this thread was dead AND there is an official upgrade reccomendation thread that would have been just a perfect place for the OP to share his/her opinion. No new thread was needed nor was the ressurection of a dead thread. I had meant to mention the other thread in my earlier post but it was late and I was tired so I forgot.

Look at the date I started this thread. 14th December.

Look at the date the Official Upgrade Path Recommendation Thread was made. 24th December.

Please explain to me exactly HOW I was supposed to use that thread to ask for recommendations for Stealth Elf if it didn't exist when I made this thread? I made this thread back when everyone was making threads of such a nature, before the idea of an upgrade path thread even came to fruition.

I know you're fairly new, but I would appreciate it if in future you looked into such things before attacking people. As was mentioned, the person who bumped this thread brought up different information, so their post wasn't entirely irrelevant and, honestly? I give them kudos for actually bothering to either use the Search feature, or to browse the topics to check they weren't posting a duplicate thread.

Short version if you only plan to have one of her on one path just pick Pook Blade Saint. If you end up getting a 2nd one then pick Forest Ninja.

Eeek, I'm really sorry you thought I was talking to you, I wasn't. You had a total right to make this thread, I was talking to the guy who ressurrected this dead thread when there was no need to. I saw this topic was old it was bonbonsalad I was talking to not you.

I really wasn't attacking anyone I was just bringing up the point that this thread was dead and now defunct.

I've seen your posts around and you seem like a nice guy, I'm genuinely upset you think I was talking to you, I thought I was clear but I looking back I see I made a mistake.

This post was nice and clear, though maybe a little more blunt than I should have been... but as I mentioned in this next post, I was tired at the time of posting so I didn't realise I was being so blunt.

Thanks, I'm glad that's all sorted out. I seriously cried for about 20 minutes when I thought I'd offended you; I'm usually one of those people that usually goes totally out of their way to avoid upsetting people (even when it may be deserved). My brain is all over the place at the moment... major case of "baby brain". I knew what I meant when I posted that but it seems I produced gibberish, I couldn't be more embarrassed >.<

Oh and sorry about the guy thing but I expect it's not the first time it has happened, this is the internet afterall. The general assumption seems to be that everyone is a white male American, I get it all the time myself (people think I'm a guy called Dean). This should mean I would be more likely to realise that not everyone is male but I guess I'm guilty of making the same kind of assumptions.
