Just wanted to know why boomer and voodood are so hated?

voodood is just ordinary and boomer's figure is ugly

They do seem to be rather unpopular. I quite like Boomer, but Vodood hasn't grown on me like the others have, yet.

There both actually very good skylanders with awesome powers

Because some people are just way too judgmental on looks.

When upgraded, they're actually quite good and powerful.

You might see a ton of them on store shelves, but I can assure you, everyone here is right and they are being judged on aesthetics. An Axe Reaver Voodood may be the best Magic Skylander, but he requires finesse to make that happen. Boomer is second only to Drobot for Tech, in my opinion... provided you go with the dynamite path. He's also the best "hurling" character in the game, by miles.

Then again, I wasn't excited about either one based on the figures either. This is something that reluctant buyers of Voodood and Boomer will discover when they play the characters for themselves, just as I did.

I like how i chose the opposite paths for both of my characters. I really like my voodood but maybe i will restart him and try the other path to see if its different. and im definitely going to restart my boomer and try him out with the other path.
