I am getting Skylanders for my nintendo 3DS for Christmas. Can't wait to play it. But any woo back on subject. I purchased the Skylanders Castle Case from Toys R Us yesterday for $40. The thing is ultra cool. Just wondering if anyone else either has one of these or is going to get one for Christmas?

If you have a PC, XBOX 360, WII or PS3 buy Skylanders to one of these, the storie is much cooler and they have better gameplay in my opinion.

The Castle Case is really cool but I don't have that yet.

Yea I have a PS3 but I prefer the 3DS version since I hate being stuck in front of a TV for long periods of time. I also heard the 3DS version is more like a platformer which I will enjoy. And yes, the Castle Case is super neat. The thing looks so cool.

I'm waiting on a case that will hold all the characters, Power A (the company that made the existing cases) is releasing one in spring. They told me that when I e-mailed them.

I didn't want to buy a case,so I made my own.I think mine looks better anyway!

I just throw all my characters in a glorified shoebox when Im done playing -- like SteveW I'm waiting for one that can hold A LOT of characters and not just a few.

I don't have the castle, just the soft case. Honestly the large case is just too big for the amount of figures it holds. I use the soft case for my main 8 and I put the rest in these divided organizers. I'll post a picture when I get a chance.

My son has the castle case. It's pretty neat and looks good on the TV Center. I just wish it held more characters.

It comes with the 8 character stickers but you don't have to use them. I won't because looking at my case I'm guessing I could get around 16 figures inside including the 3DS portal. Or maybe I'll just sit the portal on top of the castle on the outside. That way I have room for even more figures!

yeah it is coming the new tower that will fit everything...

This large tower reminds me of the "long cat" picture ....

... and that zip case dont fit anything... so i hope they will release the dragon chest(replica of the game thingy).... that would be awesome...

I got sick of trying to find a case which would carry/display all of the figs without them potentially getting damaged so ended up ordering 5 of the cases - that way there is also room for expansion items, variants, etc.

If they do make a proper case for all, then I will simply sell 4 of the existing cases and keep one for my son to take his figs to friends' places.

Yep, found a UK site selling them for approx. $A40 where they are $A50-60 here. They also have a flat policy of £2 shipping which is a stooge to them as these things may not be heavy but are sizable.

I couldn't justify paying £30 for a carry case, so I just put them in a bag when I want to transport them, and display them on a shelf otherwise.

Holy cow! My son is going to want that one too. LOL

I'm fine with just the small bag- I don't want lots of Skylanders or more clutter in my room!

Yah I wish I would have bought the soft case, or the tower cases when I seen them at Toy R Us a while back .....now they are all sold-out and they are not Sure if they are getting any more????

I still think there has to be more shipments coming before and after Christmas!!!! Hope so!

Ironically, pretty much all I see now in the SL stakes are tower cases, even in stores which did not stock them initially.
