the bowler hat that is exclusive to the pc game only, is not that exclusive anymore. i played the pc game and now have the bowler hat and can play with it in every version of skylanders. if i only could have saved it to my hat collection, it have a spot for it....

Well, this is the point, to share with your friends that have another version of the game.

The hat comes only with the PC version, but you can bring it on the other versions.

These empty spots are probably for the hats from the expansions that you dstill don't have. When you have all the hats, there's no empty spot for the exclusives. You can bring them into your game but not permanently.

That's a point.... If that's the case, is it possible to get the Accolade for all hats?

All the accolades are functional.

For the free spots, you are right Dark, I just took a look at the hats menu. Bleh =/ it will always give the impression that the game is not completed... =(

We can't check that yet, as the remaining hats have not been released.

Why is there even hats in Skylanders? Is Toys for Bobs going the Valve direction?

Because it is a fun way to customize your Skylander and kids like that.

And as long as I remember, Valve are not the first one to allow your character to wear a hat...

hats have a function and are not there just because 'kids like that'...

Same here, it really feels like it is incomplete (I mean, like you don't have all the hats even though you do). I don't know why it is this way though?

I really want it for my Ignitor. Then he'd be bad ass.

Well the Cowboy hat was said to be exclusive to the Wii, but I happen to have it for my PS3 version. In fact, it was one of the first hats i found in the game. Perilous pastures, i think. I looked it up and found that the PS3 cowboy hat and Wii cowboy hat have different stats. It doesn't make much sense to me how they want to do this if there are two versions of the same hat. But, maybe the only way to bring the exclusive hats from different consoles is to play them on that console and get the hat.

^ hmmm the exclusive for the Wii is actually the birthday hat. It is not a regular party hat, but is a whole birthday cake hat.

As for the hats, I hope that something is fixed so the extra spaces in the hats can be filled. It's kinda lame to have gaps!

The only hat I've found useful is the halo picked up in the second "undead" level.

Adds +15 to armor.

Some of the hats just plain look stupid.
