Luminas realized he may've been too harsh, "I'm sorry if I've caused you distress, i can heal her if you want, she is strong-willed and strong-bodied. That crash could well have damaged her beyond repair, yet she is smart, and the way she fell caused it to slide off and so not cause too much damage, I can heal her,"

He turned to Pyrina, "Umm, maybe you should wait a little, I didn't expect this too happen."

(if I remember right, Ebony and Electra are sisters.)

Twy looked at the wyvern sisters, "Chimera can also heal her." The dark dragoness nodded in agreement, having used healing magic before.

Jess threw her sword at the first target, for test 1, then Meks did a laser explosion hitting all five targets. Then, Jess leaped to the stone block and cut out the image of her on Meks. Then Meks rammed into the statue, pushing it along the ground towards the podium. Tests 1-4 complete. Then Jess shielded her mind from any mental attack, she was used to this.

Teron looked at Luminas, "Maybe she should go to her parents, she failed the test..."

Luminas looked to Teron, "No, she hasn't failed, if she manages to do it, then she will succeed, just because someone han't done it yet, it doesn't mean that theyve failed."

Varedis, Chromatus and Nefarian all steeled themselves against the coming mental wave that Pyrina would send.

((No, they're adopted sisters. Ebony's parents died when she was just an egg.))

"I'll let you try healing her," Electra put Ebony down on the ground in front of Chimera.

(Alright, cause I had remembered them in Fantasy Plain.)

Chimera took a deep breath and put a paw on Ebony. Soon, Ebony was covered in shadows, and when the shadows disappeared, Chimera said, "Alright, she should be fine once she wakes up."

Luminas watched, he approved of the way Chimeera had reacted to that. He would say something, but the atmosphere was tense and he didn't want to break it the wrong way.

"Carving?" Dax asked blankly. "Why?"
"To test your attention to detail and precision," Spiral answered. He spat some darkness at the rock, and began rubbing it as the darkness made the rock easier to mold. Dax stared at his, utterly confused, before chipping at it as carefully as possible with his tail.

Pyrina watched over all of the Arbiters that were training, and patiently waited for the grim mood to settle.

Shadow and Kumara awaited the next test. They watched silently as Electra spoke to Luminas.
Skouri gave a disproving look at Electra, but respected Luminas' words. She really wanted to teach that wyvern a lesson.

((Electra's parents thought that Ebony's gentle nature would help with Electra's feisty nature, but it didn't really happen.))

Skyward waited for Pyrina's signal and the mental wave. She imagined her mind as a town, with titanium and diamond walls around the town.

Varedis looked inside himself (metaphorically) and imagined that his mind was inside a steel room. Airtight, nothing could get in and the one door could only open outwards and the handle was inside.

Chromatus more physically did it. He made his nexus crystals appear round hi heads like armour, they would reflect brainwaves.

Nefarian imagined that his brain was wrapped in shadow, and that shadow wrapped in earth, and that earth hidden within a wall of flame.

Kumara calmed herself and focused her energy into her head. As an extra precaution, she created an invisible electric field around her body.

Shadow did the same only without the electricity.

Chimera focused on the single thought of shadows, letting nothing interrupt that thought.

As for Glare, he literally thought about nothing, imagining a blank space that no thought could exist in.

Both Twy and Blarna imagined an inpenitrable wall of flames that would devour anything that tried to get through.

Jillian mentally created a boulder around her thoughts; and it was encased in rare gems.

Jolt imagined an electric force field around his mind, letting nothing through it.

OOC: I have been busy, sorry! Recap?

(Everyone is taking part in training to see if they should become an Arbiter.)

OoC: We are waiting for Stormdragon's character to wake up and then for ShadowmewX to do the telepathic wave.

(You could have Maria and Frost take part in the training, we've still got to wait until Ebony wakes up.)

Frost and I (Maria) arrived late.

"Is anyone else here?" I asked.

"Probably." said Frost.

OOC: Is that good?

(Ivy is one of the leaders, so she's among the ones watching them. Next, you could have them do the first three tests.)

Ivy looked impressed. "They are very good." she thought to herself.


Frost and I went into the training room seeing other people there. I saw targets?

"I Think we need to do something with them?" I asked.

Frost nodded.

I hit the center with my fire, frost with her snow.

Then we hit the five targets, me with water, frost with Ice. ((At the same time))

"What do we have to do with this rock?!?!" I Asked.

Ivy didn't notice we were in the training room.

(uhh, err, well, Eternal Sunfury said the first three tests on the previous page. We are waiting for Ebony to wake up before beginning the fourth; mental shielding.)

"You've got to pick it up and move it across the room," Storm explained. "No magic or you'll have to start over!"

Ebony woke up. "Where am I?" she asked.

"How do I even do that?!?!" I asked in frustration.


"Magic? You mean elements? Easy." Frost said, starting to move the rock.

I Stared in amazement. I then start, very slowly, pushing the rock.

"How do you feel? " Twy asked Ebony.

"Yeah, that was quite an impact..." Kumara added awkwardly. She did wonder how she survived a hit to the head like that.

Luminas was very awkward and went over to ebony, "I am sorry for what happened, if you need anything for the pain or anything else, just ask, we have most healing things here."

OoC: After Eevee88 ha finished the first 4 task, which he has almost done, then all we need is for ShadowMewX to do the mental wave for task 5 and then we can leave the Shrine.

Jess had finished all four of the first tasks and imagined a mechanical wall of steel around her mind, complete with laser grids, spikes and hidden teslas.

"Guys, I'm fine!" Ebony growled. "What did I miss?"

"Nothing much, but we are going to do the next test soon." Twy explained.

OOC: He? I am a she...

Frost finished, while I was halfway there.

OoC: Typo.... and we are still waiting for ShadowmewX to do the telepathic challenge as she is the only one with telepathy.

OOC: Ah okay.

"Al....mos....t there.... " I said as I finished. "Whew."

(She's been around, but apparently unresponsive, and I wanna continue. I want to test out the relationship problems between Twy and one of StormDragon21's wyverns, (whichever one was said to have a crush on Twy in their character sheet).)

Luminas looked at Pyrina, "Pyrina??" he asked, she was just standing there stock-still, "Hmm, maybe she's in some sort of telepathic trance because she's around but is apparently unresponsive." he thought to himself.

He then walked to the back of the room and looked around, and here he found a small dagger with a white crystal embedded in its hilt, "Oh, this is a Psychic Terror-blade, I can use this." said Luminas.

He clutched it in his fore-claws and then said to everyone, "We shall now begin the fifth test." and with the dagger he sent a mental wave that would seek to break into the darkest parts of their mind and reveal their secrets, if it succeeded no-one would know except Luminas and he wouldn't know their secrets, as the telepathic wave wasn't connected to his mind, it was to the dagger, so he would only know which dragons had their defences broken.

Chimera felt the intrusion try and reach her mind, but she kept up her iron wall of shadow energy, making it not only the only thing that she was thinking about, but also stopping the mental wave.

Both Blarna and Glare kept up their mental walls, strictly prohibiting anything from getting through.

Twy started weakly at first, but pushed the wave back after a second.

Jillian didn't know it, but she had been doing better than the others, the mental wave could not breach her mental shell of rock and gem.

((Electra thinks that Twy is a good match for Ebony. Just realized that I also added Sharpwing. Oops.))

Sharpwing flew into the room. "Is this the place—woah!" He put up a flame shield to block the mental wave. "Is this your idea of a joke?!"

(Ahh, ok, its a pity Wyldfyre isn't in this, or else Ebony might have instantly lost her chance. (wicked smile))

((Ebony doesn't even want to be in love. -evil grin-))

Skyward kept up the mental wall, thinking of nothing but the fortress. She gave a giant sigh after the mental wave passed her.

Silver lost control and created a real ice wall.

(Should i be concerned that i'm enjoying the possibility of breaking Ebony's heart? I've got a simliar thing that i think is going on in Dragon Academy; someone is supposed to have a crush on Chimera there.)

Jolt kept up the barrier of electricity in his mind, blocking the telepathic wave.

Varedis and Nefarian both stopped the mental wave, yet Chromatus didn't. His crystal-covering intercepted the wave, but didn't prevent it, the wave still went through, but then, when it reached his core, deep inside his mind, a wave of energy lashed back along the wave and smashed into the dagger, the dagger convulsed and suddenly, the telepathic wave it was sending out because stronger, directed at everyone and was aiming to destroy.

Chimera and Glare instantly strengthened their mental wall, stopping the wave from breaking through.

Both Twy and Blarna had trouble as the wave started to break though, so they had retreated a bit to protect themselves.

Jillian still had little trouble with the mental wave; her barrier remained solid.

Ebony started panicking, running out of the room. A wall of darkness surrounded her.

"Pyrina!" Skyward yelled. "Someone! Anyone needs to counter the wave!"

Chimera had a spell, now if only she could concentrate long enough to cast it.
