After going through some sensory problems in the local Wal-Mart near my town, I managed to snag a S2 Spyro while my grandmother, uncle and I were out today. smilie Well, that's one more I can cross off my list (though, I'm still very far behind... lol).

A couple of weeks ago, I managed to get Bouncer, S1 Double Trouble, S1 Flameslinger, and Lightcore Shroomboom. Same store, different time.

Knowing how large my actual list of missing Skylanders is, it's probably for the better I don't list them for now...

punch is cool if you like red.

I walked into a local EB Games store on Tuesday, and one of the staff (who is also a Skylanders fan) told me about the Dark Edition. I was caught off-guard as it was the first I'd heard of it! Needless to say, I'd preordered a Wii Dark Edition within a matter of hours at an EB closer to home. smilie

You've done good smilie i had the similar decision process... Know from dark spyro... Within few hours go to EB and preordered ...

Yesterday, pre-ordered the Dark Starter.

Today, just found a seller on eBay that starts his used Skylander listing at $1! Just got S1 Zap and S1 Dark Spyro, loose, for $17.01 for both! May be getting a Ghost Roaster, S1 Hex, and possibly L LC Chill from him before the day is done.

Went to my local Target and picked me up a (wait for it) DARKILGHT CRYPT!!! Yeah not really, when I saw they were selling adventure packs I was already happy. But I got Pirate Seas, Swarm, Empire of Ice, and Crusher.

Went down to a second-hand shop and scored BIG!

GOT BOOMER AND GHOST ROASTER FOR $6 EACH!!!!!! Also got S1 Hex for $4.

I now have all of the Forgotten 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pre-ordered Dark Edition for Xbox360 and WiiU (Gonna stick to just in game variants on launch day), got the three little mega bloks sets with chrome Spyro, metallic Cinder, and blue Bash, and I've got friends over in the UK picking up the remaining two lightcores I need and Punch Pop Fizz. uvu LC Chill down, just LC/Punch Pop Fizz to go! I'm pretty excited for Dark Edition on day one, the box art for it looks really rad. :>

Preordered pumpkin eye brawl today, hope he is worth it. I was on the fence for three weeks on this one and still not sure what kind of variant he is. Hope its in game for swap force. Through the power of coupons and trade ins I pre ordered PS3 dark starter, and 3DS starter paid in full but only shelled out $40.

I just bought the smilie smilie smilie Triple Pack on eBay. I got a reasonably good deal too, $40 with free postage. That's a whole $5 off what it cost to get all three characters originally. At last, my army of dirt sharks, unicorn-dragons, lava monsters, fish people, ninja elves, Arkeyan bone golems, purple dragons and manic gremlins is growing! MWAHAHAHAHA! smilie

I just bought another Skylanders Triple Pack on eBay, this time the smilie smilie smilie one. The good news is it means I only have four Skylanders Adventure characters left on my list. The bad news is that it's smilie, smilie, smilie and smilie, the hardest ones to obtain. The neutral news is that I might be able to get them from Japan.
