What Elemental sign are you for real in astrology???

Here are the signs divided by element:

Fire.....Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius
Earth.....Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
Air.....Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
Water....Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces

Earth.I still don't get why Capricorn is Earth when it's a mermaid-goat thing,but it kinda fits for me.I can't stand planes and boats make me sick,so I guess I'm better off on the ground :U

Humm some people do not seem to like their sign????
Each sign has great qualities!!!!

Fire ..........Forceful (Fiery people have high spirits, great self-confidence, enthusiasm, and direct honesty and openness.)
Earth.........Practical (The expression "down to earth" sums them up. They are responsible, methodical, and concerned with detail.)
Air .........Thoughtful (They tend not to be emotional, but they are fair minded and consider others viewpoints.)
Water.........Emotional (Water people are very sensitive to their own feelings and those of others. They perceive life through their emotions.)

It's not about Scorpio should not be a water sign ect... it is more about your personality!
Example I am Aquarius you would think that would be water....Nope Air!

Just thought I would add a little more info!
I think it is kinda of cool.

To me water is one of the most powerful!!!!
Normally water is cold, that is, it absorbs energy. It takes in the energy of others. Water is more sensitive than the other elements in that it can appear in the three forms of matter: solid like the earth; liquid - its normal state - and as vapor - like air.
Water rises into the air and falls as rain, nurturing the land. The earth absorbs it to become fertile. We can go for weeks without food, but only days without water. Living things need water. With it they grow and mature. Without it they die.

It's a numbers game with astrology. Everything is based on the number 12 because it divides very easy. 12 signs, 4 elements, the 3 modes (cardinal etc.), 30 degrees per sign, 2 nodes, 360 degrees on the charts. All based on the number 12.

The 12 signs alternate their elements and modes. So there is no back to back element signs. That makes elements assigned by luck of the draw. Even if it seems to not make sense. Like Scorpio being a water sign.
Of course you can choose to believe astrology or not???
