I almost drowned, had sea salt in my mouth several times, and only had to use violence for necessary defense once when I was 12 years old (Same age that Aang physically was in ATLA). After that, I never had to use it again.

I also got hit in the balls with a tennis ball, from point blank range, and didn't scream.

I stepped on a nail one time when running on a grassy field. .-. It went right through my sandal and into my foot.

i got bitten by a mosquito like 5 times in a day

and survived
