How exactly is this supposed to work.
I signed up for the rewards card. Spent a ton of money on Skylanders. I had problems in store signing up for the rewards card. The manager there ended up coming and talking to me. Told me that if I had any problems obtaining one she'd just give me (as big a guarantee as she could). It's been a couple weeks now and they still haven't received them. I still haven't received my coupon in the email. I've gone in to the store and literally only the manager and the asst manager know anything at all about the figure. The young lady behind the customer literally just stared at me and said "uh...I only know about toys..."
They don't know what's going on. Someone in the store said something about those are being shipped directly to the customer even though I can't find anything to corroborate that. I just looked at my rewards statement and find out that the purchases for the skylanders are no longer even shown under the account and don't have the points associated with them anymore (even though I've seen them listed before--and yes, I changed the date to view all purchases).
So how exactly are these supposed to be obtained? In store? Via the mail? I'm going to try calling customer support after work, but with how little the employees in the store know I'd like to know what the answers are before I call in so I can at least verify they know what they're talking about.
If someone could point me in the right direction it'd be much appreciated.
