An Accolade Glitch with Wii U & Disappearing Hats [CLOSED]

I've got 3 accolades that are counting in my numbers up top 50/57 but are showing 1 short in the list-All 8 Swap Zones, 48 Blue characters, and Series 2 Blue Characters. Is anyone else having this problem. Also, I will buy hats and then I restart the game and they are not there. Is it a save issue?

Not sure about your first question. Can you explain in more detail?

Hats are sorted alphabetically each time the game loads. That likely explains why hats seem to disappear on you.
