Can't get treasure chest in Dark Water Cove [CLOSED]

I am unable to get to the treasure chest that you jump to from The Elvenship. I am playing a wii game on a WiiU console and have tried 20+ times with various characters. Is this a known issue? Any tips on getting this treasure chest? It is the only thing left on the chapter.
