I'm having some trouble with my portal. I'm going to call Activision support, but I have to wait until Monday for that. So until then, maybe someone else can help me. I was playing PvP (by myself. lol. I was trying to complete some Quests) It was Ninjini vs Star Strike. After the match was over I took Star Strike off the portal, bought some upgrades for Ninjini, but when I put Star Strike back on the portal she had been reset to level 1 and zero gold! After that, it would still read new characters but I wouldn't save any changes to any of them. For example, I put someone on the portal, had them pick up 10 gold from the training dummies, took them off the portal, and when I put them back on, they had their original amount, it didn't save the 10 gold I had picked up. Has anyone encountered a problem like this before?

I'm not sure if this sort of helps completly, but it happened for me for example in Giants, that during PVP my chars earned some ammount of money, but after I left the Challenge Mode, some of the money disappeared. Try to level them up a bit a level or two, to see the saving symbol? Because in SF it happened to some guys that the characters got suddenly reseted a couple of times. :/ That's fault of game.

How long does it usually take to save the data to a Skylander figure each time you pick up gold? With Giants and SSA, I thought it was saved almost instantly, but in Swap Force, it seems like it won't save the data to the character unless you wait about 30 seconds or so after picking up the gold to take them off the portal...

I noticed that when I got Fire Kraken, I went through all the possible combinations by swapping them rather quickly. I had just unboxed him, so he had about 5 gold, but whenever I swapped, he reverted back to 0 gold. So for Swap Force characters (ESPECIALLY swappers), I'd recommend waiting 10 seconds or so.

What system were you playing on?

well, another glitch. ive never heard of this one before, and does it happen even 3when your not in pvp?

It's on the WiiU. And a day later my portal still won't write any new data to figures... Luckily I've got the 360 version also, since I bought a normal and Dark Starter, but it's still annoying to have to start from the beginning with my Portal Master Rank and stuff. Hopefully Acti Support will be able to sort something out once I'm finally able to call them...
