I went to talk to my mom about a glitch, but when I came back to the game, everything froze! Help me please.

Well, if the game froze, you have to restart.

If the problem persists, contact Activision Support.

I had a freeze in the cutscene at the end of Ch 2. I feared all was lost...Had to unplug the console, nothing else worked...Luckily, it saved the progress, I just missed the first part of the cut scene. Mid level I would guess you might miss out. Good luck.

Agreed. I had the same thing happen to me today, i tried different things but you always end up having to reset the system. You shouldnt loose much, remember Skylanders auto saves, so at the most you shouldnt have lost more than the level you were on at the time, if that much?

1st. Hey it is eevee smilie welcome back
2nd. Try to turn off the console (even if it means hardbooting the T.V.) as it wont do any good to leave it on
3rd. What console is it anyway?
