Everyone loves a good *****. She screws with Sora's mind through the whole game, something always fun to do to people. She also doesn't particularaly care for the rules and seems to do just about whatever she wants.

Nami - One Piece
A beautiful temptress who loves money more than life itself, which some of her antics revolving around said love for money is actually a tad humurous in my opinion.

The Cheshire Cat: He's a cat! A magical cat! He's rather stealthy, too. ;)
Mr Mistoffelees: Like the Cheshire Cat, he's a magical cat! I really like his song, as well!
Growltiger: I've always seemed to like pirates. Growltiger isn't a pirate, I don't think, but he's portrayed as one. And he's a caaaaaaaaat! His song is one of my favourites. ;)

Namine ~ Kingdom Hearts
I love Namine because of her quiet approach. I love how she doesn't try to stand out or anything, but just be in the background. I love that~

Jeffrey ~ Minecraft: MinecraftUniverse's pet pig
I love Jeffrey because he's just the most adorable piggy ever! Even though he looks the exact same as every other pig in Minecraft...

Ash Ketchum (Dohohoho): I like how uncool and how lame he is, yet he makes me laugh and admire how he fights for what's right (and how he's a good sport in general). He believes in himself and accomplishes (some) great things :3 Even though it may bother others, I really do love how he constantly make mistakes, because in the end he does end up doing something great anyway, despite being an 'idiot'. /alsohelovespokemonandbattleswayyyyyyytoomuch

Spongebob: How he looks at the bright side of things, his goofyness, and how he's basically happy all the time. I love that about him.

Pikachu: Used to be my all-time favourite Pokemon character, but Ash has that now (not sure if that's any better or worse ). He's my favourite Pokemon still. I like Pikachu because he was my favourite character since I started watching the show I guess Pikachu brings out those memories of the anime, and my first Pokemon merch was a Pikachu plushy.

Four, Divergent- He's so blunt and witty it's great. Everything he says is hilarious. To get more deep, he's also a really interesting character. Even with the whole 'fearless Dauntless prodigy' thing, he's still just a normal teenager who gets scared and has insecurities, and he's also really good with computers which basically means automatic favourite character in my books. Also 'Toby Eaton'.
Felicity, Arrow- She's really great, like even in the most intense situations she makes all these really cute sassy remarks and I love her so much. Also good with computers.
Chiaki Nanami, Super Dangan Ronpa 2- She is me in every way shape and form.
Kyouko Kirigiri, Dangan Ronpa- She's the only one who has the vaguest idea of what's going on. I really like smart characters. Also she's kind of sassy, but in a more subtle way.
Aya, GLTAS- CUTE ROBOTS ARE MY ONE TRUE WEAKNESS.
Alter Ego, Dangan Ronpa- See above.
Dick Grayson, Young Justice- He's hilarious and also computers.

Alicia Acorn - I can really relate to in personality wise, she has probably the best rape faces I've seen on Sonic character (well canonly, not fan made like Sonic.Exe and such), and she can be bad ass for whenever she wants to.

Mikasa Ackerman - She's loving. Like a protective sister. Plus badassery in slaying titans.

Armin - He's relate-able in human behaviors. He's intelligent and he has a fun name. It sounds like "aw man"

HERE WE GOOO~

Silver the Hedgehog-He's often bashed by fans, being called "useless, unnecessary etc" I feel like I can relate to that. He also sets a goal for himself and pursue's it no matter what the odds or costs are. This is a trait that I only dream of having. Plus he is so fluffy. ;p

Ruby Rose- She's so funny and very childish, which I love about her. Her design is friggin' awesome. Plus when she pulls out her Scythe/Machine gun, it makes her scary as ****.

Spyro- I grew up with this persistent little purple dragon. He's so cute and nice but he can very deadly and mean towards his foes. He cares for his friends and (sometimes) likes saving others. He's just awesome.

Rudolph- He's a misfit, he feels like he doesn't belong where he was put. This is how I feel about school, I feel like I don't belong there due to my social awkwardness/anxiety.

Pinkie Pie- OMG, what cannot be said about this adorable pink ball of complete randomness! She's funny and loves her friends like there's no tomorrow. SOMEHOW, she always manages to put a smile on my face, even in really dark days. She tries her hardest to make her friends smile and that's what I wanna do. I wanna see all my friends happy, even if I have to go out of my way to do so. Pinkie Pie is who I want to be and I love seeing her anywhere.

Godzilla: Monsters bashing the utter poo out of buildings and other monsters. Who doesn't like that?

The reason why my favorite characters are well, my favorites is for two reasons: I just simply really like them and I can relate myself to each one. I have a TON, but I'll only list a fair few (Most of them are a reflection and symbolize parts of my personality, talents and traits):

Crane (Kung Fu Panda) - Sarcastic, allergenic, skinny, doesn't like confrontations of any kind.

Frosty - Naive but very wise, caring, warm-hearted, loving, jolly, positive, looks at the bright side of things.

Sonic the Hedgehog - Cocky, arrogant, smug, adventurous, very powerful force of will.

Kid Gohan/Teen Gohan - Had doubts about himself, little confidence in his abilities, attacked himself constantly... I sometimes have those same problems, but I eventually overcome them like he was able to. Also, my true strength is closely linked with my emotions, like his was.

Donatello (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) - Highly intelligent and likes fiddling with all sorts of technical things.

Meta Knight - A bit of a loner at times, but very loyal to and protective of his allies.

Luigi - Tall and can be shy at times.

Kermit - Highly attractive to ladies, which is indeed VERY true about me. I also bear a striking resemblance to him in appearance.

Tai (Digimon) - His name sounds exactly like mine (Ty), but spelled differently and with three letters instead of only two.

Rudolph - Because I used to get teased so much like him for something that's a part of me, and I have no control over.

Who can resist Cody? Flirting and failing with Gwen, getting stalked by Sierra, they should have put him in Action!

Gallade is just so cute, and SWORDS!!!

Spyro (Classic, legend, and Skylanders.) Because first of all, he's a freaking dragon. What more can you ask for??? XD
Second, in all the games I just find him to be a very cool and likable character...
He's just awesome. lol

Eevee: Just a so cute pokemon in general a amazing pokemon a lvl 50+ unevolved Eevee is pretty strong its eeveelutions are really strong and it is just my favourite pokemon in general.
Froakie: My first ever starter a really strong pokemon a somewhat cute pokemon and he is also really funny in the anime.
Oshawott: A really funny big nosed pokemon in the anime he is funny and if I ever get Black and white or black 2 and white 2 then he will be my starter.
Squirtle: My second first gen pokemon after Eevee he will be my first gen starter if in pokemon X/Y I got him from sycamore plus he is really adorable and strong!
Flareon: The best eeveelution and looks like an eevee jut red and fluffy! He is also very strong.
Plusle: I have not yet caught him but I want to! In the anime/deoxys movie he is also very funny.

Well, he's a dirty little 8 year old perv, you can't see his face and you can barely understand him. What's not to like?

The 11th Doctor
I like him much more than the 10th, he's got a better personality, he's much funnier and he's got a bowtie. Bowties are cool.
And he isn't "sorry, so sorry" all the time...
