It is debatable because of where the hat is being used, I know at least 3 other useful hats based on the situation at hand.

I'm enjoying the Jolly Hat. Not only is it festive, but the stats are pretty useful. JBB, on the other hand is another story...

It seems like to me that outside of Health all of the numbers are skewed to the first two games...so seriously---all figure speeds are in the 40s? Doesn't look like VV understood the system TFB had.

I haven't seen most stats in Swap Force in general...just that it seems most agility stats are in the 40s from what I've seen. That's a far cry from the 60 or so we tend to see in Giants earning upwards of 90 or so. It just seems foreign to me and they can't seem to get it consistent--either in the display mechanics or how I know as a player if a stat is "fully upgraded". Right now Giants stats looked easier to understand.

For example, looking at the agility stat above--it looks like his speed is almost maxed out at 47. Is 47 comparable to a 90 in Giants?

I'm out of the loop and haven't been paying much attention to hats in SF, so you can't unlock the old Empire of Ice hat ingame at all unless you have Jolly Bumble Blast?
