So whilst looking at my Slobber Tooth figure... I noticed something kinda... Odd.

Underneath my model there is what looks a little 'hole' directly under his tail/butt. No need to explain why that's a little funny and unusual. My friend's model has the same thing. So I assume it's a thing on everyone's model.

Is it just an honest mistake? Or did Slobber Tooth's sculptor decide to have a laugh? Either way me and my friend thought it was pretty funny.

It's just leftover plastic mold. Yes, it may be funny, but it wasn't on purpose.

It's not common for some sculptures to have some mistakes.

That's just how molding works.
[User Posted Image] From Wiki's page on injection molding. You'll see a piece of plastic connected by sprues, this is how the toys would be made.
Basically there has to be a "channel" for the plastic to flow through the mold, and the excess gets snipped off before painting.
Why his butt? Probably because it's not immediately noticeable so the loss of detail there isn't a big deal.

I can't remember if mine has one but it does have a black dot on the forehead, I don't think any of the other models had one. Reminds me of the red dots you see on the foreheads of some people from India it's meant to focus chakra to the head.

Machines do what they're told. If they make mistakes, it's because the human told it incorrectly smilie

I have a Dark Slobber Tooth also and mine has a small circular bump which is kinda hard to see but is obvious enough.

I'm going to be very selective not to get this error when I get my Slobber Tooth.
