I'd say that I have an equal amount of IRL and Online Friends now as opposed to the past.

When I was a kid, I had a fairly decent amount of IRL friends because hardly anyone knew about the "disability" that I was born with, Aspergers Syndrome (mild form of autism), so I was falsely judged, bullied, teased, and looked down on immensely due to that misunderstanding. Luckily for me, that all changed as I was growing up.

Ever since I finished High School my friends have diminished. I have 4 that I still talk to and one more that I have completely lost contact to but I expect to see her again some day.

I have quite a lot of online friends, but some of them have turned out just like what happen after finishing High School, I lost contact with most of the friends I have.

I think both are tied. Sometimes online takes the lead but then goes back down to a tie with offline friends.

More friends online than offline. All my offline friends either vanished off the face of the earth, live in another state, or became a part of the crowd that looks down upon people like me.

TBH I'd say my only offline friend is my mom.

I don't have a ton of friends offline, but I think I have more offline than online.
I do have a couple of great online friends, just not many. It's my fault though, I don't go out of my way to talk to them most of the time :/

The scale used to be more on the online side by quite a bit, but it's honestly tipped more onto the offline side now. I've made a few college friends, and have lost many online friends (either we outright stopped talking to each other because they were pissed off with me, or we just hardly talk). I've only really been talking to two people online on a personal level, on a regular basis.

Real life.. my friends are very few now, most of them have turned into total jerks and think that drinking and doing drugs are the only way to live, it's pretty sad when I really think about it.

Online, many friends... omg I can't get through the day without hugging most of you. Thanks for all the times you picked me up when I was down. I'll always be here for you as well. *hugs* to all of you! ^.^
