Has anyone else gotten it to a point where they can't get the exclamation mark to remove itself when checking all of the collection?

Edit: Eh, I got it to fix itself somehow now with a Story Scroll... was weird.

The only time I've had a problem remotely like this, I just skipped over the item. Then finding it on the second search.
