Just got a psp so I don't know much about it but are the 1st 3 PlayStation Spyro games playable on a regular psp? (Not the vita)

If so how are u able to get them? Can u buy or download them on the psp or do u have to mess with an actual computer?

You can download them on your PSP from the Playstation Network store. Each game cost about 3.99 or 7.99 for all three.

Yes. They are available in the PSone classics section of the PSP Store.

In USA they are 5.99 each. They also have Crash 1,2,3 and racing too!

Spyro Classic Fan forever. I highly despise Activision and Skylanders. Problem? Shove it.

You could also try Remote Play. This works with some games.
If you have the disc and a PS3, using Remote Play may allow you to play the games like that.

Id slightly recommend this. The PSN versions on both PSP and PS3 suffer framerate issues and other random bugs that the disc copies do not.

I have all the classics on the normal PSP and I think it's great. It's about £7.99 for all 3 bought as a pack and the only problem I have is that the PSP doesn't have clear R2 and L2 controls so you need to use either the analogue stick or directional pad as a substitute. (You can find small tutorials on how to do it, it's pretty easy and then you can use Sparx to locate missing gems.)

Other than that I think the quality is great, I personally don't see a problem with frame rate! smilie

You'd need to set up a Playstation Network account if you don't already have one which can be a bit annoying but if you already have one you can buy the Spyro games from the Playstation Store directly on the PSP.

Hope this helps! smilie
