And a user on here, wreckingballbob, just bought a Clear Green Chop Chop, instead of the regular one he ordered.

im not gonna buy any of these, they just look ugly and half finished.

While there's a good chance for a third, there's always the possibility these fill out a trio with the earlier released GGR.

I sure hope thats not the only place that Clear Green Riptide will be....the package tells me that is a UK package...(the double hanger tab)...because if so... i will have to get it off line....and im not payin' over $30 bucks for it either...or i just won't get one....simple.

I think it's awesome that one of our forum members got this as a "surprise!" in the mail from an online retailer ... but that's the only way I could ever get excited about this "find".

Chase, non-game, I'd assume. (due to not as many sightings of it, and the fact the backing card is the standard one - similar fare to all the other chase variants.

Here by me TRU and other big retailers are getting there hands on UK packaged skylanders so there is always hope!

Agreed on all points. Not sure about anyone else but I'm also burned on Chop Chop chase variants. We do have 100+ other landers that can do us the honors.

I'd say it's chase...but you never know. We thought the same for the Special Edition Gill Grunt in Giants and now TRU is giving them away like candy. Buying these things are very risky in terms of keeping your investment.

They do look really bad... the chop chop at least. The riptide and Gill grunt (SSA) look ok at best. I should name him Chop Choo!

I like Riptide better also...hence why i would like to get one. Chop Chop looks ...ehhh ok.
Like i said earlyer...the black eyes would be changed...to white or silver, and the spot on his helmet and his mouth would be painted also. Like on all the other Chop Chop's those 4 dots are all painted...and painted the same color. I think he would look better if those 4 spots where painted white or silver.

must be real desperate if you buy garbage for 17 dollars....

you can list pre orders on ebay but there is a very strict policy you have to follow. and depends on what your listing on this type one where you just list what ever you must have this in the description

The chances of him legally having so much future access to chase variants like that are slim...something is definitely fishy with the guy. To protect yourselves, I hope you guys don't give him any of your business. Maybe he finds out about different releases from this or other collector sites and just throws every figure up as a preorder thinking all figures released or discovered are going to be common in the retail market. I know there are a bunch of preorder sellers who list items before waves are released and sell their preorders for between $25 and $35 a figure...probably from people who just don't know any better about release dates of figures or people who don't want to deal with the hunt and have money to burn.

For all we know, Shroomboom might not even be released.

well i sent a message to the ebayer and ask was green rip tide, green chop chop or gold shroomboom was actually in hand and if not if i purchased today that they would ship out within the 30 days that ebay policy states they must and no response but the listing is now not up it is in his completed listings. funny lol
