On the front page of the new Big W catalogue, Enchanted Hoot Loop is a Big W exclusive for $16.00

Unfortunately it doesn't advertise any Wave 2, but given the more common sightings of wave 2 in Target stores lately I wouldn't be surprised to see some Wave 2 at Big W. If not, I will see this as an opportunity to check the nearby Target for Wave 2.

Probably will get myself an Enchanted Hoot Loop to keep as a spare or to give to a family member.
