I'm sure if anybody else knew about this, but I just discovered that Dual Elemental Gates can be opened by two Skylanders of different elements instead of just Swap Force Skylanders with swapped halves. I used both the GamePad and Wii Remote/Nunchuck to play as two players, placed both Cynder and Flashwing in front of the Undead/Earth Dual Gate, and then it actually opens up. I just thought I share this with my fellow Portal Masters so that you don't have to open the Swap Force Skylanders packagings in order to combine two different elements. Also, I combined Dark Wash Buckler's top and Legendary Free Ranger's bottom halves together to go through Score Modes, Solo Survival Arena Battles, and Bonus Missions. I just had to make sure I don't get hit so many times by enemies. Was Buckler's bubble blaster is a really charmer and his Top Soul Gem is the strongest. Free Ranger's tornado rush is effective against enemies who spin around or shield themselves because his tornado can actually pull enemies in a major twist and leaving them feeling dizzy giving you a chance to attack. Plus, Free Ranger's legs provide more mobility than Wash Buckler's bottom half.
