Is it even possible to Pre-order 'Stink Bomb'? [CLOSED]

I didn't think it was possible, at least yet, to preorder any wave 3 characters.
Yet, on an unnamed site, people are selling what they are calling 'preorders' of Stink Bomb for ludicrous prices!

Yeah it's called ebay and nothing new. Just keep checking in with the major seller like TRU, Target, Walmart, etc. Right now none of wave three is available from any major retailer.

Thanks a bunch! I'm not about to pay those prices!! However, if there was a legitimate way to preorder one I'd like to be on that bandwagon. lol

I didn't think there was but, I wanted to check here because if anyone knew, this would be the place to find out!
